THE HOUSE IS 4 MINUTES FROM THE PARKWOOD CAMPUS OF GRIFFITH UNI. It is a short 5-10 minute drive to Southport or Ashmore. The house is light and attractive inside. There is a study in the house. There is quite a large patio at the front of the house. Local shops are a 3 minute drive supermarket open from 5am to 10pm, Mon to Sun, Harbourtown and the Southport CBD is a 10 minute drive, the closest surf beach is a 12 minute drive.
