"Hi, Nice sized unfurnished room in a 3 bed House. Available the now – past flatmate moved home. This is a large, well sized room with new carpet and fresh painted. The room is a good size. The rest of the house is huge - we have a large and comfortable open plan kitchen/living area, large garden and there is another room with plenty of storage room. The room has wireless broadband, and kitchen has all mod cons. The House is a 15 minute walk to Thornlie Train Station, and about 4 min walk to the Shopping Center on Spencer Rd. There is a nice park just around the corner. You would be sharing with me, professional very friendly and easygoing, I like a drink and a laugh, and the odd glass of wine in the evening.
