The house is very closed to RPA hospital and Sydney University. Most of the tenants are university students. The rent is inclusive of all bills. The house is cleaned professionally every fortnightly. The room is furnished with bed, desk, and wardrobe etc. Please call David for inspection.
Hey, I'm Matthew. I'm from Sydney originally, where I worked for Apple. Moved to Melbourne at the start of 2015 for an Acting school which I've now graduated from. I work as courier on the side now which lets me pay bills and keep active. Outside of that I've started Calisthenics training, as well as Dance and Piano lessons. I've lived in share houses since I was 18 and have been privy to good housemates and bad, so you can be sure I'll make a good housemate for you. I clean up immediately after cooking. I'm quiet at home and enjoy my rest and peace. I'm consciencious of the sound I make and my influence on the living space for my housemates. No smokes/drinks/drugs. Not a racist. No prejudices. I'm a grown up. Financially responsible | I will always have rent paid on time. I'm honest. If I break it, I'll tell you and repair/replace it. Cool with any pets. Friendly. I'm Vegan | I don't sweat what you eat or how you live. Not thrown by any sights or smells. Grown up.
I am an easy, outgoing, friendly person and am looking to move out with my bubbly dog! I work in retail part time with close to full time hours and am studying urban planning and design at Melbourne Uni. For fun I like hitting up cafes with friends and just chilling by the beach
Hello world! My name is Millie, I'm a student at Monash Clayton and I also work in retail ~3 days a week so that I can spend money on things that make me happy like tea and going camping. I am a bit of a nature junkie, so I'm always on the look out for buddies to take on hiking trips or spontenous bushwalks. I'm currently on exchange in Copenhagen but I will be returning to Australian soil at the end of Feb. I'm Tassie born and bred, and I fly home once every month or two to visit the fam. I love having friends around for coffees or cozy little dinner parties every now and then, and I am always down for a beer and a good laugh in the evenings. I try to take my studies seriously (ha) so I do tend to be a little quiet during the week. Hit me up if you think I sound semi-bearable and if you've got a place available from the end of Feb!
I'm scott 28 male, looking to move out ASAP I'm a respectable and clean person, pays rent on time. I'm just an easy going chilled guy into my nrl and other sports, going outdoors or staying in watching movies, tv shows, easy to talk to but know when people need there space and privacy,as i myself like my privacy and own time,I work full time, I don't mind a few drinks but not wanting a party house. Would prefer to live with only 1 other person. Also if possible prefer to have my own bathroom
Big room available in a two bedroom townhouse in quiet complex. Fantastic location - short five minute walk to the Dickson shops one way and Lyneham shops the other way, bus stop right out front, bike paths go beside our complex, lovely park with large pond across road. Less than 5km to Civic, ANU and city. One full bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Large kitchen and good sized lounge room. The room has a large window, triple wardrobe, and heaps of space. Easily fits a queen sized bed, desk, drawers and tv cabinet. House is furnished but the room is unfurnished. Decent sized front patio. Smoking isn't permitted in the house, although I would prefer a non smoker. I currently don't have a wifi plan because I have been away most of the year on fieldwork, but the Canberra free wifi is able to be picked up in the lounge room, and I would be willing to discuss getting wifi connected and to pay half each.
Hey I'm Naomi. I moved to Melbourne recently from London and I am looking for somewhere long term to live 6 - 12 months ish. I'm laid back and friendly, looking for somewhere a bit homely where we can occasionally hang out/go for drinks but equally like my own space. I enjoy eating out, coffee, yoga, exercise, travel and exploring. Flexible about when I move too. Staying in Windsor at the moment.
Hey there! Unfortunately I have to move back to look after my ma so my room is up for grab! A medium bedroom can comfortably fits a queen sized bed and built-in robe. Looking for 1 new housemate, who would clean up after themselves and pay rent on time, to move into this house. Close to Monash Uni and Glen Waverly train station. The bus stop is one street away. Fully furnished house, except for your room. Large backyard with swimming pool.
Your Room: Upstairs and carpeted with your own private ensuite bathroom, built in robes and drawers (generous storage space) with mirror, reverse cycle aircon/heating unit and a small balcony. The Home: Single fronted double story Victorian home, recently renovated throughout with new carpets upstairs. Modern interior whilst the front still has charm and character. Well set up with furniture and appliances (washing machine, fridge, dryer, dishwasher, 6 seater dining table, lounge, smart tv etc) with indoor plants, artwork and handmade ceramic homewares! Well-lit lounge room opens up to the back area, clothing line and webber. This definitely is not a party house and we enjoy keeping it a clean, chilled, comfortable home. The Location: Super close to Coles (open early and closes very late), great restaurants, cafes and shops along nearby Swan and Church Street. The park across the road is great for entertaining, and we're really close to East Richmond Train Station and trams. Perks: We deal directly with the landlord, who is super easy going (bonus!) Downside: Being close to the train line is incredibly convenient however they can get loud — although, they don't bother us. NOTE: Bedroom and Kitchen photos are off the real estate website. Dining table & chairs in photos are old — we now have a 6 seater dining table!
My name is Aurora, I'm a 27 years old girl from Italy and I'm gonna stay in Sydney from December 21 to May 31 with a working holiday Visa.. I'm friendly and always happy to meet new people from all over the world.. I'm clean, trusty and respectful. Not a party animal, I prefer going out with friends, or staying home having a chat with a good meal and a good glass of wine. I'd love to share all this with my flatmates :) Lastly, I really love animals, so I won't mind if there were pets in the house :)

Looking for somewhere to live next year while studying at usyd. Currently living in student accommodation, but looking for something a bit cheaper. I am very easy going and am relatively new to Sydney, so keen to meet new people! I am originally from a small coastal town in Northern NSW, and enjoy the beach, arts, music, and traveling. I am always up for a good night out, but am respectful of other people's space, and prefer quiet nights in during the week. Feel free to message me if you have a spare room or are interested in finding somewhere with me!

Awesome location- quiet tree lined street with mixture of character Queenslander houses and low volume apartment blocks. The unit is in a boutique block of 8 units- plenty of on street parking and some covered as well. Security entrance to the building and a very quiet area. The unit has an amazing balcony which captures bay breezes and gives a view across to the airport. The apartment itself is 5 years old, tiled common floors, carpeted bedroom and A/C in living room and bedrooms. The house is fully furnished except for your bedroom. Finishes to the apartment are really nice throughout. It would be very difficult to beat the convenience of this location. Two train stations within a 10min walk, bus stop just down the street and a 5-10min walk to the trendy Nundah Village. If you are driving then its easy to get straight onto Sandgate Road or Southern Cross Way- BNE airport is around 15minutes away! Rent is $205/week and likely to come down due to oversupply in the area. My housemate is going on a trip soon, so really trying to confirm a new housemate this weekend for moving in in the new year. Please get in touch if interested.

Hey I'm Alex, (Bloke on the right) I'm from the UK, over here on a sponsored Visa for at least the next three and a half years. Ideally looking for a place within 10-15 minute walk of a station on the T2 line. I'm looking for a December move date. A bit about me, I work at a creative agency in the CBD, I'm really into my music, films as well as my sport. I like to keep busy and keep fit but don't mind the odd beer or takeaway on the weekend. Your average human being really. Non smoker but don't mind it. Just looking for a nice, clean, professional house with like minded people. Cheers
