Hi I'm Aaliyah, I'm currently studying full time doing my Diploma of Beauty Therapy so am looking for a stable place to call home until I finish. My study takes place in Pakenham so if not there I'd need a place walking distance to the train station. I'm a very friendly, easy going kind of person. I've worked in motels cleaning for almost 3 years now so I am very clean and tidy. I'm very respectful of others privacy and very much like my own. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions or if I fit within your flat mate requirements, thank you 😊 Also please feel free to message me for team ups, preferably all female flat. Thanks
My name is Carla, I'm in my mid-twenties, and I'm a Filipino-Australian who's been living in New York the last three months, though I'm back in Sydney now. I used to work as a copywriter at Groupon Australia and would be looking for a job in a similar vein. I am definitely looking for a place where I can stay for at least six months. I grew up in Manila, Philippines and lived there til 2015, when I moved to Australia. I'm an avid reader and will probably fill up the room with my own private library of fiction and graphic novels - willing to lend them out to housemates if anyone is interested! I'd say I'm a pretty chill, laid-back person who's sociable and extroverted, though I'm also a big fan of 'me-time' spent watching Netflix and reading in my room. I used to live in a sharehouse when I was last in Sydney, and never had any problems with getting along with people. I'm also a good cook, if that helps any! I'm a generally clean person, though not especially tidy - I'll have some clutter but never have piles on the floor, though. I hope to hear from you :)
My friend and I are coming over from the states and were looking for somewhere to live while we work and travel australia. We both just graduated form michigan state university and were from boston and new jersey. we are super fun and super cool.. obviously.
The room is quiet and very close to Norton Street, the main street in Leichhardt with loads of greats cafes and restaurants. The city and eastern beaches are very accessible on buses from Leichhardt, and the rent is much cheaper than living in the city.
- Large room in a lovely furnished 3 bedroom flat - Built in wardrobe - Aircon - 2 minute walk to Domain Interchange tram stop on St Kilda Road - Botanical Gardens, Port Melbourne Beach, Albert Park and South Melbourne Shops all within walking distance - Access to pool, gym, tennis courts and BBQ area/courtyard in apartment block - 1 shared bathroom between yourself and another one of the girls. There is also an ensuite which is used by the other housemate - Bond is $1300 - No carspace but free off street parking after 6pm weekdays and free all day on weekends
This is my first attempt at moving out of home on the Sunshine Coast to study a Bachelor of Arts at UQ! I've been working as an IGA casual for a few years but will be leaving at the end of January, so I'm keen to move to Brisbane and find a new job as soon as I can! I'm easygoing and tidy and even though I get along really well with people, I also love just sleeping and watching Netflix in my room. I'd be really keen to move in with someone who wants to be good friends and will binge watch TV shows with me.
I am 21 and have recently moved to Melbourne, I'm looking to move out of where I am living now. I currently work in traffic control and at a bar. I'm friendly and clean, like to socialise and make friends but also relax and binge watch tv series.
Only two rooms left. Property is clean. Common areas professionaly cleaned weekly Rooms are private, no sharing. Rooms are furnished. All rooms have air con! Tenants are great. Free internet. All bills included (gas, water, electricity ) Coin operated clothes washer and dryer Short stroll to cafe's and bars. Short trip into the city by tram Close to universities in Parkville.
The spare bedroom is 4.1m x 3.0m. This is a fabulous big house to live in and enjoy, as well as enjoy the huge garden. It keeps wonderfully cool in summer. There is gas central heating. It is not a party house. Most everything is supplied.
I'm an early-20s LGBT+ student types, searching for a room in an existing sharehouse. I'm looking to move in mid-to-late February 2017, as I'm starting a masters course at VCA. I'm tidy and courteous, and always appreciate and respect people's space- having said that, I'm also fun-loving, and always up for a laugh, hang out etc. I was going to write an acrostic poem with my name but I have to go to work soon so maybe later when I'm not dreading 8 hours of retail hell. Any questions, feel free to contact and get a conversation starting :) Cheers, Callum
I've just been lucky enough to get approved for a 3 beddy apartment in Dulwich Hill. Complex comes with a pool and cafe for when you're too hungover to walk for coffee. Plenty of unlimited onstreet parking around the area, the arlington light rail stop is at the back gate and Lewisham station is a 10-15 min walk down the road, depending on your pace. I need two new humans to help me and my cat Reggie fill the place. We're on the second floor, and the place will be mostly furnished except bedrooms. I come with all the kitchen gadgets anyone could ask for, all I ask is to clean up after yourself and I'll clean up for me and Reg (the cat) These two rooms would be sharing the downstairs bathroom. The rooms: Room 1 (the one with the guitar) down stairs is a bit smaller than the two others but would fit a queen bed and a small amount of furniture, it has a window and a built in wardrobe. Room 2 (with all the boxes) is upstairs and is more of a 'loft' style, with no windows but a half open wall (opens to the top of the stairs, no-one can see in) and a bit more space than the other. Has no wardrobe but plenty of space for a clothes rack and some draws. If you're lucky, I'll even give you my old clothes rack.
I am a funny, type of person who enjoys the company of others, I can cook, and keep things clean not afraid of house work and keeping things tidy. When I have spare time love the outdoors and exploring new places to visit. I workout most days and studying a lot with Batchelor of Health Science in Acupuncture. I am a qualified Shiatsu Practitioner dealing with muscle aches and pains and other health issues.
Hello! I'm looking for a base in Melbourne as spend part of my time 1.5 hours out of the city. I work for myself - teaching yoga and am building another new tech based business, plus doing some part time studies. I have a really good renting track record and it's because my time is divided that I'm keen to share in the city rather than manage another house independently. I keep a healthy lifestyle and home is usually a quiet space for me - although I do love music... I'd do well living with like minded people with similar values and routines - healthy, conscientious folk. I'm very easy around the house and happy to keep a house flowing well, clean and tidy! I've ticked "pets" because I have a rescue dog who currently spends most of her time where I am down the coast. I'd like a place though that there'd be potential to bring her to town if I needed to. I don't expect a house where she would live f/t. Happy to answer any other qus!
Hi all! I have a room available for renting in my current property, and Im looking for someone to move in straight away! Im a 27 yo engineer and currently live with another female housemate, and I'm looking for someone to move in who is fun, doesnt smoke and is looking to stay a while! The house is situated near the golf course, and has many parks and walking tracks around, as well as quick access to the highway. It has an internal laundry, and the room itself comes with built in robes, your own toilet and bathroom and with the rest of the house fully furnished. Rent is $120 + bills (water, electricity, gas, internet), which is split when they arrive. There is no bond required, but I do require that you pay your last two weeks rent upon moving in. Feel free to give me a call, text or email if you would like to know more or to organise an inspection!
Really easy going, active and friendly. Looking for people around my age. Enjoy heading out hanging with friends. Full Time Broker have been in my current position for over a year. Would prefer my own bathroom too and have a king bed that needs to fit! :) Would love to hear from you if i sound suitable:)
Moving as the owners are selling current place. Final year Media & Comms major and work music/ hospo/ freelance on the side. Financially stable, into films, botany, good music, food, culture etc. Mostly busy and have my own things going on but I also enjoy having downtime with housemates/ having mates over to share food & vibes. I go interstate a few times a year sometimes for work/ to unwind/ suss gigs/ visit friends and fam. No stranger to share housing and would ideally like to live with like-minded people!
I am originally from northern California and have lived in Spain, London and most recently lived in New York for two years. I am both quiet and friendly, depending on the situation and I like to hike, read, drink tea, watch movies, do creative projects and explore cities. I am moving to Australia for one year on a working holiday and would like to find some laid back, welcoming people to live with. I studied fashion design in San Francisco and worked chiefly as a sewing teacher for kids while in New York City. I'll be working full time in Australia via one steady part time job + freelancing. Favorite author: Bill Bryson, Favorite film: Amelie, Favorite show: GOT, Parks and Rec, Friends, Favorite beer: Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier
East going, clean and tidy, respectful housemate. Love being active and keeping fit and try to do something most days. On the weekends you'll find me out and about, whether its down the beach, riding along the bay, brunch with friends or checking out one of the many random events going on in Melbourne and beyond. Looking for somewhere in Windsor/St Kilda
We have a LUXURY room free in our beautiful home on inkerman street not your usual shared house! - it's a 3 storey town house with large living space balcony Large fully equipped kitchen. Your room has a modern private bathroom on the second floor We are all super friendly with myself and my boyfriend upstairs on the third floor opposite another couple and you would be living on the ground floor with your own private garden terrace. We also have a furry edition to our house hold chicitta who is an adorable little Pomeranian cross chihuahua very well behaved 6 years old fully trained not noisy and will love you very much as she does everyone :) she enjoys cuddles and attention and is really part of our family so must be ok with dogs! I'm Lizzie from Tasmania, I'm moving up to the Gold Coast to work/train/compete as a professional surfer! It has been a life long dream of mine and I'm very determined to give it a good shot! I will be competing a bit during the year and I have a training scholarship at the HPC surfing academy, so I will be training there throughout the week also. I'm a very relaxed person, clean and tidy, I'm a social person but respect when people want time to themselves and respect their privacy. I'm active and healthy and love the beach so I'm looking for a room semi close, but I will look at anything. I'm looking for flat mates of similar age or similar interests but I'm not too fussed. I'm moving up soon but have a month of travelling and competing so I don't need anything urgently, but I'm keen to find a place to settle in and call home.

This is a recently updated two bedroom unit with great views of the city skyline from both bedrooms, as can be seen in the photos. The great thing about living in this property is that it is quiet, fantastic for people who are looking to unwind when they are at home. Centrally located between Burwood's shopping district and train station (less than 10 minutes walk), Concord's Major's Bay Road cafes and Five Dock, the property is extremely convenient while keeping its distance. The room is bright, airy and bathed in sunlight in the mornings. The room comes predominately furnished with a double bed, bedside draw and two hanging rails for your clothes. Bills including home telephone, unlimited internet, Netflix and Stan are included in the price of the rent, As is a small car garage (Although part of the garage is used for some storage.) The main house rule is that the new tenant be sociable but respectful of space as I will be of them.
5 minutes from Sutherland station, 2 minutes from Sutherland centre. This is a high corner unit in a nice block and its private - can’t see into any other neighbours windows from the balconies... The room in partly furnished with queen size bed and dresser/draws but doesn’t have a wardrobe so would suit a traveller/ backpacker who doesn't plan on accumulating too much. Couples welcome, however rent will increase to $290 per week.

The room has built in wardrobes. Its heated and air conditioned and the house isn't very old. Its 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It's close to Marion, other shops, hotel, bus and train. We have a small dog and cat and so another cat and small dog would be ok as long as they're trained.
