The room for rent currently has a bed, desk and built in wardrobes. The room also has plenty of natural lighting. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the train station (Fawkner Station) from the townhouse and from there it only takes 25 mins to get into the city. Convenience stores, post office, and the leisure centre (gym, swimming pool) is only a short walk away. It is also close to the many restaurants/cafes/bars of Coburg and Brunswick.
