Hi there. Leasing bedroom is MASSIVE (4m x 4m). It has a ceiling fan, large built in wardrobe, new carpet, new blockout blinds, and comes with your very own secure massive tool shed/garage (5m x 6m). So if you are a tradie with lots of tools or sporty person with lots of sports gear, you will love this space, as it’s a perfect man cave. It also has a brand new lock on it, so its super secure. Your bedroom is looking out on greens, and it’s in a quiet spot, away from neighbours. There is a also massive back yard with tall trees that provide awesome shade, and tall, metal, colour bond brand new fence to secure the property. So if you have a cat or dog that’s friendly, that would be great! The house has just been renovated and has brand new paint, carpets, new sofas and new dining table, plus ceiling fans throughout the place. Location wise you are: - 1.5 km from North Burleigh Beach / SLSC, Miami Coles and Aldi; - 2 km from Miami Aquatic Centre; - 3 km away from Nobbys Arc and Nobbys trendy bars and coffee shops; - 4 km from Burleigh Hotel for those arvo beers and - 5 km from Pac Fair shopping centre. The house is literally minutes away to the best surf breaks on GC, as well as hangout spots on Goldie, nightlife and shopping. Internet, Netflix, Spotify, water included in rent. Electricity is shared. Ideal flatty doesn’t have kids, do drugs, smoke (anything!) and isn’t a party animal. They would be easy going, clean, healthy, into fitness and social. If you are interested please get in touch. This one won’t last long, so be quick. Thanks, Tammy
The room has its own single size bed with two drawers. There's a big table and a study chair for you. It also has a big shelf with 6 levels and also a big closet that has mirrors on it on. The room also includes a laundry basket for you and also the most important thing, an aircon. It's a fairly big room as the room is an L-shaped with its own ensuite private bathroom. The bathroom looks like a hotel type of bathroom which attracted me to live here in the first place as I spend most of my time in the toilet to scroll through my social media. There's a lot of friendly people in this student accomodation and the staffs and owner here is very friendly and is always there to help you. There's a kitchen in which you'll have your own pantry and fridge, there's also a shared freezer for you too. The living room has its own TV and sofa with 2 big dining tables that can fit 6 people and the other one, 12 people. The whole building is like an apartment with many rooms that you see in the city but minus the kitchen and living room as it is shared. There's also wifi here and Monash University is just 6 mins walk away and the train station is just there too.
Hello , I am clean and tidy, respectful, sociable and I respect other peoples space and property, thats the important stuff. I am returning from spending a year in the UK and I am really looking forward to getting back to melbourne. I will be training to be a draftsmen with autoCAD and working on writing projects while working. Its fair to say that i would prefer not to get into a party house due to my study commitments but thats not to say I am a crusty old twonk. #lifeintheolddogyet. I love my sport, movies, music and books but the majority of tv passes me by. I am willing to share with anybody so long as your not a strong advocate of Mr Trump. I am from Liverpool originaly (scouser) and i still have most of the accent, which you will get the hang of in a very short time, or we can communicate with hand gestures and interpretive dance. I will be arriving in Melbourne on dec 4th which would be the ideal time to move in but i am flexable, airbnb may be a short term option. My studies have a flexable time frame so I expect to be working full time also, i am experienced in a number of fields with numerous contacts, however i will be arriving with extensive funds so as to get a head start on my studies. By the way, I am flexable on the stay length. All the best Mark

Wow who would’ve thought finding a housemate in yarraville would be so hard. I've recently signed a 12 month lease and looking for one other to share with me. The home is close to the heart of Yarraville village. It's a simple home that feels really homely and has hard floors throughout, 3 large bedrooms, nice backyard/courtyard and just the one shared bathroom, I've fallen in love with this home. The 409 bus stop is no more than 100m away for those VU students attending at Footscray and the train station is only minutes walk. I can arrange for the room to be furnished if required

I am Alexandra, a 24-year-old young woman with Finnish and Greek origins! Just moved to Melbourne from the oh-so-cold Finland! My boyfriend Kostas, Greek-Australian, has joined me on this exciting adventure! We are now looking for an apartment/studio of whatever size in Melbourne. We have both graduated from our Universities and are now looking for jobs! I am an airplane freak and I have worked at the airport, so any travel-related question you might have, I can solve them! Kostas on the other hand is an IT guy in junior level, who loves fishing! We are outgoing and super-tidy and I can give you reference from my previous landlord! We love to travel around, but also we’re up for a cozy night in with a great movie. Feel free to contact me, if you think you’ll have the perfect apartment for us! Alexandra & Kostas

I'm an American currently living in Kenya. I'll start at the University of Sydney in February. I'm pretty normal (most times). I like reading and writing, cooking, baking, music, talking, READING and occasionally going out. I'm looking for a flatmate or housemate(s) that are easygoing, friendly, and neat enough. I'm not that particular on gender as long as the person is non-threatening (doesn't give off murderer vibes) and not difficult to live with (doesn't insult my baking). I hope to find some place to stay for the first semester/ term (at least).

G'day, I'm in the process of transferring to ANU for my 3rd yearish studies in IT. I have experience living in shared accommodation for the past two years with a large number of other housemates. I am excellent at staying tidy and would prefer housemates who keep areas clean. I'm a fun, laid back dude who'd be keen on getting to know new people. On my off time, I enjoy working out, surfing, bouldering, gaming, and all round relaxing. Whilst I enjoy socialising, I am an avid believer of everybody needing their own space and downtime. I'd like fellow flatmates who are clean, sociable, and most importantly, good people. Open to moving into existing sharehouses or teaming up and setting up a new home. Unfortunately I'm allergic to all pets known to man except reptiles and fish apparently.
