Your bedroom is 3.0m x 3.0m with full-mirrored robes + shelving, fully-glazed windows and you will get your own bathroom - however the washing machine is located in this bathroom so I will be accessing it for laundry as well. Bedroom furniture is available to purchase from the previous tenant (less than 2 years old), otherwise you would need to find your own. Unfortunately the plants in the photo will not be part of the room. 2. Living Space is fairly large compared to most city apartments, fully furnished, along with the essential white goods. I also have quite a lot of plants. 3. Location, location, location. I can't stress this enough. It's right at the end of the Free Tram Zone (Victoria Market stop) and is super useful if you work around the city. Right next to the market, grocery stores, restaurants. Don't waste time & money commuting. RMIT is just around the corner as well if you study there. And it's not smack centre in the CBD which I personally prefer - practical but feels less crowded. 4. We have a fully-equiped Gym, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam Room, BBQ space, Common room Hall for big groups, Tennis Court, Yoga studio, and a lovely 24-hour Concierge service (meaning you will never need to worry about your parcel deliveries) 5. It's basically renting a 1-Bedroom Apartment but at a Cheaper Rate and Bigger + Cosy living space. 6. Also note that I am looking for someone to replace my current housemate and take over her lease. I bought the bed sheets yesterday for potantial flatmates but they had an emergency so the room is available again :D I also have new basic cookware for the kitchen and new cutlery. I don't have a microwave at the moment but i'll get one. The flat has plenty of space and facilities such as swimming pool, barbecue area, gym, library etc. Location is perfect for those who like to go to the beach during summer or enjoy picnics in the botanical gardens. I'm a local who grew up overseas for most of my life in Hong Kong, London, and Singapore. I just finished studying at the University of Sydney and will be working full-time in the CBD from the 11th of February. I want to live close enough to the city to get there on a single mode of transport each way, but other than that I’m flexible on location. I'm very easygoing and always willing to have a chat or help out with anything (personal or otherwise). I like having a ‘homely’ vibe and a tidy living area but don’t care if others leave their own rooms messy. I'm not one for raging parties but love small get-togethers with a few drinks in hand. I follow the NBA, play video games, and enjoy exercising. Happy to have girlfriends or boyfriends or best friends etc over whenever, but not total strangers or shady associates. Can also give you free shitty legal advice or drive you around if you ask really nicely xx
A safe and peaceful duplex, surrounded by giant trees, views to the mountains, end of a quiet culdesac. Creative home. The street's on the side of a hill, so we have a nice view out west of the mountains and sunset. You can see Mt Warning from the balcony. We think the best thing about this place is it's peaceful feeling and outlook. We're surrounded by big trees, it feels like you're way further out of town, yet we're right here near the beach. It's a very peaceful, serene, relaxed place to live. From the main living areas the trees are big and visible. There is a second living area/office downstairs (currently being converted into a self contained unit) - it will be available as a second living area as needed. THE ROOM - it is furnished currently but can be unfurnished if needed. Pics show a queen bed, you'd have even more room with a double bed instead. The ceilings are high as well so the room feels a good size. Unlimited Intenet and water included in rent, share electricity. Am happy to give you a fixed price to include electricity also.
