Modern apartment complex 2min from Montague Road - a teeny tiny walk to the glider (60) and 192 buses. The 192 takes you to UQ at St Lucia also. Aldi is a 2min walk and you're a 5min walk from Vulture Street and Hardgrave Road and 5min walk from West End markets. There are multiple gyms around, if that's your thing, as well as a huuuge array of coffee shops and bars. The Montague is next door to the building, as is a bottle shop. Enough said. The complex has a rooftop entertaining space, pool, sauna and gym. There's basement parking - we can work out an arrangement otherwise there's side street and on-street parking and of course, visitor parking. The unit's on the second floor, has a large deck, aircon, modern kitchen and dishwasher. Lots of cupboard space. Rooms are carpeted and bathrooms are tiled. I have internet, we can split the bill or discuss changing the plan. Utilities are in addition to rent BUT even when running the AC all day and night in summer, bills are never more than $140 a quarter (this is gas and electricity). BONUS. The room's unfurnished and has a large built in wardrobe WITH shelving, a ceiling fan and big wide windows. Fits a king size bed with two bedside tables. There's a TV jack also. The room becoming available has its own bathroom, with shower and bath - as the master has an ensuite shower. So it's all yours! The building does accept pets under 10kg, upon application. Any questions, let me know :)
This cozy ground-floor flat in the heart of Campbell is directly opposite the local shops (with an IGA, bottle shop, cafe, bakery, post office, chemist, hairdresser, dry cleaner and 2 restaurants) and within walking distance of the Russell Offices. It's a 5-10 minute bike ride into the city and within spitting distance of a bus stop, so you'd be hard pressed to find a more convenient location at this price! We'll soon have the NBN for all your Netflix and other assorted needs, and this is included in the total rent price (and is negotiable). Although I love animals, pets are unfortunately not allowed on the property. The unit is fully-furnished except for the available room, and I have more than enough crockery/cutlery/pots/pans to handle us both! The kitchen is fitted with an electric stove, oven and a dishwasher. The laundry is a shared amenity, and although we only have one allocated carport for the unit, there are a couple of spare parking spots and on-street parking also available.

Hi, I'm Mel! I work part-time in health and am currently studying a post graduate degree. I work shift work so I am at home at random times! On my days off I enjoy playing a bit of music, adventures to the beach, waterfalls or markets or having a cheeky beverage and going out for a bit of a boogie. I am tidy, but appreciate sharing the workload of keeping the house clean. I've lived in share houses before and know what it's like to have people not pull their weight! Would prefer to share with no more than 3 other housemates with at least one other female. I am looking for a lease of 6 months or less as I will be travelling overseas in July!
Hey! I'm Etienne. I'm a happy go lucky character with a good sense of humor, I work full time in construction with a fair amount of hours so not home a a lot. I also am very clean and tidy aswell. Also i have a great understanding of being a respectful flatmate and have references if that helps with the process! Iv come across the ditch from New Zealand! Most my enjoyment comes from Surfing,Reading,Sports and meeting and getting to know others!
Hey I’m Emma and I’m just returning home from backpacking Mexico for the past few months. I work full time but love to spend time and be busy when I’m not working. Usually on the weekends I’m chilling with friends or at live music or festivals . I’m very outgoing and chilled and would love to live with similar people. 420 and everything else friendly.❤️
Hi there, I am looking for a fun sharehouse to rent a private room in. I would love to live in a house who is social together whether it is just to have a chat together in the evenings or go out for brunch/cocktails at the weekend. I am a clean, tidy person who is respectful of other peoples privacy. I like to believe that I am easy to get along with and I really look forward to hearing from you :)
Why would you be happy to share flat with me? I am a really friendly and easygoing guy. I love talking and meeting new people. Also I have been living in Madrid, Hamburg and Buenos Aires for my studies and it is already 5 years living in shared flats so I am quite good at cohabitation. I have just arrived to Sydney. I am going to study Business English here and work as much as my VISA allow me so I won't be spending a lot of time at home.
Grande Florida is a like a tropical oasis of palm trees and lagoon pools with direct access to Miami Beach via a hidden path. There are two massive pools. One is heated all year round. Both have jet spas. The apartment overlooks one of the pools so there is a beautiful view from the balcony. There are 6 awesome BBQ areas, a sauna and a games room with ping pong table. It actually does feel a bit like being on holiday all the time here. The apartment itself is airy and clean. In the room I have available there is one queen bed with a mirrored built-in robe to store your belongings. It has a ceiling fan. There is a TV in the room with DVD player but it is not connected to Foxtel. Foxtel is available on the TV in the loungeroom and is included in your rent. Unlimited wifi is also included. You will have your own bathroom as I have an ensuite. There is a washing machine. Basically I am already set up here so all you would need to do is shift straight in. The complex is very safe and secure and is accessible only by swipe. It has a community vibe to it and everyone looks out for each other. Security is top notch here. The complex is immaculately maintained. It is secluded and private but all amenities are within short walking distance. Retail precincts, cafes, restaurants, surf clubs and bars. It is Gold Coast's best kept secret on what I believe to be the best part of the Coast.
Hi, I am a caring gentle person with a creative side and good sense of humour. I like being outdoors in nature, the arts and am passionate about dancing. I am currently studying psychology at Mac Uni and have been working in mental health for the past several years, currently looking for a new job. I have been living on my own for a long time but am tired of talking to the walls, so here I am on Flatmates and hoping to find a friendly household to join. I am very quiet and easygoing person, enjoy socialising and will keep the house tidy and clean. I am over 50 but very young for my age and get a long well with younger age groups.
I've just moved (21st Jan) from Brisbane to Sydney, to take up a job as a data scientist at the Childrens Medical Research Institute, starting 5th Feb. The job is out at Westmead, but I'm looking to live somewhere close to Redfern train station, so the commute to is fairly short. I'm looking to share an apartment with someone in Redfern, or maybe to take over an existing lease. I'm looking for somewhere fairly quiet - I tend to go out for my socialising / partying. I'm moving with a very minimal amount of stuff, so if you have furniture, etc, that's a plus, because it saves me having to buy things. When I'm not working, you can find me training at the local rock-climbing gym, or hanging out with the local swing / blues dancing community.
Hi there, I'm Sully! I'm a 22 year old trans guy with an affectionate cat named Mal. I'm a quiet person who likes time to myself, but really enjoy a good conversation. I'm vegan, and am happy to make my own meals if it's more convenient! Preferably looking for a place close to the the CBD and near public transport

Hi There, I'm Lo and I'm looking to team up with one other housemate to move into Nundah Village, aiming for an apartment block with a pool and BBQ area but will settle with a decent balcony and/ or bbq area. I work full time, am studying part-time, and spend my evenings either at the gym, cooking or catching up on TV episodes. I head to the coast for the weekend frequently. I love to cook and equally love to share the food I cook. My move date is flexible but I am looking to be settled in a place by the end of Jan at the latest. Any questions, just ask.
