We absolutely love living at this property, its clean and tidy with charm of a cottage but with additional benefits of a renovated kitchen and living area with big windows. You will have a massive bedroom, the largest of the property (3.7 x 4.6m), high ceilings, ducted air-conditioning, new carpet, and a window view of the front garden. (note, the bedroom photo included was taken before the plush new carpet was laid). There are two bathrooms available to be shared. There are two separate living spaces in the home (one doubles as an occasional desk/work space, stretching space, guest room, whatever is needed). There is an additional outdoor area under a pergola and fairy lights which is perfect for brunches or dinner, wines and hanging out on nice nights! About the house and room The house is a 5 minute walk away from Monash University and 5 minute drive from Clayton station/ Clayton shopping strip. Its a 2 storey unit, with the advertised room on the top floor with an extremely spacious double-sided walk in robe (it will be unfurnished for the move in date). You'll be sharing the bathroom with one other male. Bills aren't included but we're a cheap household - for 3 people we use half the gal/elec of a 1 person home and have unlimited internet for 20$/e per month. About us! We're both Monash uni students studying Physiotherapy at Peninsula - we spend much of our time at the library studying but love some solid banter when we're home together.
