And minutes walk down to Central station if you need trains or buses. The house has very spacious living, dining and kitchen areas with a great little backyard courtyard, which is the perfect spot for a summer BBQ. We even have fairy lights! We have wifi & foxtel in the house, and great cafes, pubs, bars extremely short walk away. There are lots of good happy hour deals surrounding us! We are right in the middle of New Farm and Teneriffe, only 10 mins walk to Powerhouse / New Farm Park, Teneriffe Ferry and Merthyr Village Shopping Centre. The bus stop is right in the front of our building - bus 199 goes to Fortitude Valley, CBD, Culture Centre & West End every 10-15 mins or there's also City Glider available within 10 mins walk.
