Our house mate is moving out to live with her friends so we're looking for a new house mate to join us in our awesome 2 story terrace minutes from train station / bus stops, in the heart of Enmore. The room that is for rent is 4.3x3.9M and can come furnished or unfurnished and is on the second floor of the house, it has a huge built in with vanity mirror, you’ll share a nice modern bathroom with unlimited hot water & heated lights with myself and Lisa, and the huge window faces the morning sun, it’s really nice! Minutes walk from the train station, with bus stops all around and plenty of awesome bars, cafes and restaurants nearby means you'll never have far to go for a great night out! Everyone that visits the house compliments us on how awesome it is, starting as you walk in the front door past the first bedroom room, then the theatre room with huge comfy reclining 7 seat sofa, thick rug and a awesome projector to watch movies on, it's the ultimate lazy day / movie room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, dishwasher and all cutlery / gadgets / etc you could ever want (tons of wine glasses too haha). The backyard features an awesome entertaining area with a covered sun room that steps out onto a private garden court yard that's perfect for BBQ's and drinks. The courtyard has a big 4 burner bbq & outdoor eating setup that's great for bbqing / drinks. The house is always well maintained and we have all the cleaning stuff you could ever want, 2 Dyson vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, etc so the shared cleaning is super easy. We have cable internet hooked up (100mbps) with included Foxtel and a few other TV channels if that's your thing. Gas / Electricity / Water bills are split between everyone. Hello future housemates! I'm Sarah and I'm 26. I'm looking for a place to live that's no further than a 15-20 minute commute to the city as I'll be working not far from southern cross station. I've spent the last 18 months living in Wodonga but prior to that I lived in share houses around Melbourne for 7 years. I work a Monday-Friday 9-5 job and occasionally on weekends. When I'm not at work you'll find me either visiting family, heading to the footy, binge watching reality TV or sleeping. I enjoy my quiet time when I'm at home but don't mind a cheeky drink every now and again. I will respect your own space and time but I'm also happy to share a meal/drink if we’re free at the same time. Id love a room with its own ensuite but not too fussy about that. I do have a car so I need somewhere that I can park/get a permit. While I'm looking for a place I'm staying with extended family so I am flexible with moving dates.
