You can still have friends round etc, nothing would have to change i promise! lol :) My boys name is Max and he's 8 and a half, so he can pretty much look after himself lol He looooves playing xbox and would love to have an xbox buddy to play with. He's also really good at drawing and making things. We also have an indoor ragdoll cat named Alice. Shes like a dog and follows you around everywhere and waits at the door when u get home lol she actually loves dogs too, we used to have a beagle and theyd play fight and snuggle up together :) so cute! Anyhoo, Im looking another person to get a house together. Dont mind if its a girl or guy, as long as youre reliable and pay rent on time, respectful, have a stable income, funny, around similar age, and are actually serious about all of this and not just looking for a live in f buddy :/ Id prefer a house rather than a unit. Itd be cool if it had a deck and nice yard and maybe even a pool !?! :D and undercover parking (lock up garage) would be ideal, as i just bought myself a BMW so dont want that to get wrecked lol Ive seen houses where they have 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs. That kind of thing would be good coz i do like and neeeeeed my privacy and own space at times, as im sure you would too, so for example max and i could have the 2 downstairs bedrooms and you could have the upstairs (or vice versa) that way we each have our own space, own lounge area and bathrooms and just share the kitchen pretty much lol Cost wise, i think its easiest to just split everything equally (rent, bills etc) but that can all be worked out when we found a place we liked :) I have all the furniture already, big leather lounge, tv, dining table, fridge, washing machine etc and then plates cups blah blah blah :) youd only need your bedroom stuff really :) Id also be super keen for a few drinks on a friday or Saturday night to relax and unwind after a busy working week if you are :) Im a good cook, easy going, love a good laugh and have a very sarcastic sense of humour. So youd definitely have to be funny and easy going and be able to take a joke lol I do smoke on the odd occasion and if i do its only ever outside and i usually go shower straight after as i hate the smell lol i know... weirdo... haha Max and i love going to the drive in movies, bowling, to the park and would really love to get a puppy! So if youve already got a dog thats good with kids thatd be so awesome!
