Point Piper is a small, affluent harbourside eastern suburb of Sydney. Wolseley road is a beautiful street with hidden parks, lookouts and an exclusive beach at the end of our street (Lady Martins). Rose Bay ferry is a 15 minute walk from our apartment, the Rose Bay shops are about a 20 minute walk. Similarly Double Bay is about a 20 minute walk with a shopping centre, supermarket, post office, Aldi ect. There is a bus stop at the end of our street which takes you right into the CBD, it will take you anywhere between 15-40 minutes depending on traffic. We don't have parking permits however we have never had an issue with finding car parks. The apartment has recently been renovated with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and new floor boards. Nick and I moved in jan from Melbourne so all the furniture is brand new. We currently have draws and a double bed in the bedroom which you may have if you wish ☺️ Rent is paid on the 17th of every month. Included in rent is gas, electricity, wifi, Foxtel and great company 😏.

I'm super passionate about the outdoors and the environment. I love spending my weekends camping, kayaking, bushwalking and scuba diving...anything outdoors really! I am moving to Canberra to take up a Science Policy Fellowship in the Department of the Environment and Energy and I'm looking for a sharehouse for at least 6 months. I've been sharehousing for 13 years so I'm very used to communal living and sharehouse setups and housetrained! I use a wheelchair so I'm looking for somewhere with minimal steps (if there's one or two I can ramp them) and preferably somewhere that I can park my car (on-street parking is fine). You can see pics of some of my outdoor adventures and get a sense of who I am at my blog I'm an easy going happy person. I enjoy hanging out with people and am always up for a cuppa and chat but also quite happy to spend time on my own. During the week I enjoy catching up with friends after work for dinner or going for a swim. On the weekend I'm typically diving or gone bush.
