Hi there ! My name is Matthieu and I am a 29 year old French guy who just finished his studies and found a job at Monash Clayton. I will arrive on October 29th and start work on the 7th of November, which gives me a week to find a nice place to live in! I lived with roomates since I started University, including a year in Quebec. I am known to be a very good roommate, very tidy and respectful of my roommates privacy. I will be working full time, so I would prefer to find a more quiet place. But I also enjoy parties and having a lot of fun during the weekends! I like to believe that roommates can be more than just bill sharers: I enjoy sharing beers, watching movies together and catching up around a nice meal. Please note that I really would like to find a smoke-free place. My hobbies include playing volleyball, squash and badminton, watching series (although I might need some subtitles ;-) ) and listening to music (I love concerts). I really like discovering the place I live in, and Australia will be a heck of a discovery. I will be more than happy to share my French culture, but also very happy to catch some of the Australian way of life. So if you feel like showing me around, and if you can bear my English, I would be happy to become your new roommate. See you soon! Matth
I'm a 24 year old French engineer moving to Sydney on Oct 25th. I’ll be working in importation and distribution of wine and spirits in Paddington for at least 6 months! I’m looking for a private and furnished room. I have just ended a flat sharing in Paris. I’m a quiet, non-smoker and easy going person. On my free time I like to practice watersports, watching series and hang out with housemates. I also want to discover Sydney! If you're interested we can schedule a visit. I’m available from October 25th Vincent
Hi there! I'm an 18-year old Law/International Studies student in my first year at Macquarie. I am looking to move in the first week of December :) I'm brand new to Sydney, originally from the South Coast, and keen to discover the city! I love the beach, hiking, and spending time with friends. I'm also very friendly and love getting to know new people! I also enjoy alone time, and often spend it cleaning. I'm very open minded and also have a love for animals. If you have any questions, please feel free to text me :)
Hi there This place suits a responsible female (student or older female) or a couple - seeking temporary accommodation; and requires the convenience of a fully furnished and equipped place to call home. The accommodation is advertised as "shared" but as I am working interstate, you will practically have sole access to the unit. As my stay in Darwin is temporary, . I am offering my Adelaide home for renting as I cannot afford to run two homes. My second bedroom holds my personal items and at New Year and Easter, I will need to access my items (with advance notice and by arrangement). Some other cupboards are not accessible to my "flatmates" as they also hold items. Everything else - kitchen gadgets, books & dvds, TV, etc are available for use. The weekly rent of $250 includes electricity and gas (as well as water). You will need to pay for your own wifi usage. Allocated parking is assigned to the unit, which is inside the yard and near the entrance of the unit, and the block of units is conveniently located for easy and safe access by bus to the city, Glenelg and Marion Shopping Centre. The neighbourhood is friendly but unobtrusive. The air conditioned unit has a private balcony, spacious living area and updated bathroom (and washing machine). Contact me if you would like some more information. :)
Hi there! My name's Lea, I'm at a 23 year old woman from Vancouver, Canada. I graduated from uni with a history major last May and decided that between that and grad school I would love to do a few months in Melbourne and explore Australia! I've got the work-holiday visa and am planning to find a serving job or something like that. Pretty easy-going gal, I'm very friendly and love to chat, but also am into alone time to relax and chill out. Funny, respectful, love both cats and dogs (will help you take care of your pet if you have one!), anything else you want to know please feel free to send me a message! Also, I'm very flexible with the length of my stay, I just put 3 months a bit randomly because I had to choose one.
We are french people. We are arrived the 19th october. For the moment we live in the Bunk Hostel in fortitude valley and we love this place :) We are serious and quiet person. We like when the flat is clean. We would like make a lot of meeting :) See you soon maybe Aurelie and Guillaume
Great location. Very secure. Lovely character. Native gardene. Genuine, stable (mostly) adult company. Vibe would suit someone pretty chill and reasonably mature, but flexible to the occassional social intrusion. The house itself is a renovated character home with polished floorboards, split system air conditioning in living room, fans in all bedrooms and a modern well fit out kitchen. Tidy, enclosed rear yard with small tool shed. Reticulated gardens. Great outdoor deck perfect for BBQs. Single carport only but front strip parking acceptable. The room on offer is generously sized and easily fits a queen bed plus the usual junk along with it. No bedroom furnishings included however, and no built in wardrobe. Private bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. While $190pw p/person is ideal I would be happy to negotiate for the right fit depending on circumstances. Normal application and bond fees apply.

I enjoy going to the beach and will be making lots of trips to rainbow beach and noosa on my days off. I go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week and would enjoy having a workout buddy if that was possible. Hi there, I'm Benji! I am 27 and I'm currently working full time at a high school in Camberwell as an admin staff and general tech whiz! I'm also studying part time on the weekends to be a dog trainer, my course ends in January next year. I've just been told by my landlord that she will be demolishing the property I've been living at for the last 4 years and I need to find new accommodation before December 27th (merry Christmas, y'all!). I would be like to be out by the end of November ideally, but happy to work with you on a date depending on the property. I'm also pretty easy on location, so long as I can get to work in Camberwell in under an hour, I'm stoked! A bit about me: I love animals. I have two dogs named Squish and Nibbler. Squish is a 4 year old male Rottie X and Nibbler is a 2 year old female Kelpie X. They are both desexed, have been obedience trained, crate trained and I take them for regular walks. They are the dynamic duo and A-team! Squish will do anything for a treat and Nibbler lives for the ball, so they're good fun! I would also be bringing a 3 foot aquarium with me, but would be happy to keep it in my room if there isn't space elsewhere. It's a tie between coffee and TV for my drug of choice. I also love art, music, books, comics and Game of Thrones! I also like to build things...for example, I built a dog bunk bed and a couple of film sets (spaceships!) I'm currently living in a fully furnished house with all the trimmings, so if you think I could add anything of value to your house as well, I'd be happy to oblige! The rest will likely end up in the skip or in storage. Things like: 3 plasma TVs, stainless steel fridge, bar fridge, Nespresso machine, washing machine, vacuum, SEVERAL couches, desk, dining room table and chairs, lawn mower, whipper snipper, lots of tools, an outdoor gas heater, a media centre pc and several terabytes of movies and TV shows! I have lived in houseshares before and would like some people I can hang out with, though I am respectful of other people's space. I clean up after myself and, obviously, my dogs. I'm pretty easy going, so hit me up if you think you'd like to meet me and my pooches!

Hi, I'm Jarrod, a medical student at Western Sydney University. During my 5th and final year I will be placed at Concord Hospital, and as such I will need to relocate somewhere around there. (It is also likely that I will be working near here in 2018-onwards, so I will be hoping to stay in the house from 2017-onwards). Over the past 3 years I have lived in share houses in Campbelltown with a few different people and enjoyed the time I have spent with them, but it is unfeasible for them to move with me or for me to commute every day. I will be turning 23 in March 2017, which means I already receive the full youth allowance amount, which is my main source of income, along with 3 scholarships, and my bulk of savings. I'm pretty clean and quiet (med student) but I am all for people coming and chilling at our house. I have my own fridge, washing machine, lounges, TV cabinet, 2 TVs, study furniture, and my own bedroom furnishings. So, buying common furniture for the house isn't a worry; I'm all set! The main concern for me is my dog. I have a German Shepherd X (DOB: 1/7/15). He is a lovely dog and so friendly with people and other animals, but I know pets can be a major drawback for landlords. I can't move without him. If there is anything else you need to know please get in touch with me. Warm regards, Jarrod
