We have a small room in Clovelly that we are looking to fill. It's $260 a week which includes all bills and Foxtel. The house is fully furnished, while the room is kitted out with a double bed and frame, cupboard and funky shelving unit. We are on Fern Street and are about 5 minutes walk from the beach, 15 to Bondi Junction and Coogee. You would be living with two mid 20ish year old professionals.
