The most important parts in a share house imo are: Bathroom, toilet, kitchen (area, sink and refrigerator) 3) I'm a well-educated person: Master's of environmental engineering from the best university in my country. 4) I don't have time for partying. I'm still ok with you partying occasionally. 5) I pay for my rent in advance whenever I have money. doesn't matter if it's due or not. 6) I know very basic cocktails and I make them really nicely. U'll enjoy. I can also brew quality Beer if my housemates like to drink good home-made beer. 7) I don't have a girlfriend and don't need a girlfriend at the moment. 8) I'm 100% pet friendly. 9) I'm a good guy at all :) --> Considerate, respectful and almost tolerant. Great location - easy access to trains and trams, Caulfield Park just across the road, plenty of unrestricted street parking. Short walk and tram to Monash Caulfield, or enjoy a leisurely half hour walk through the park. A tidy flat, master bedroom with BIR up for rent.
