Living close to the city, the train station is less than a 10 minute walk away. The larger room will be up for grabs and has a built in wardrobe as well.It is fairly spacious and can fit a queen size bed or King. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been refurbed a couple years back which gives a bit more of a modern feel to it. There is also a laundry room located on the side of the kitchen for washing clothes and a clothes line on the balcony. All furniture etc sofa, dinner table as well as appliances fridge, microwave, tv, iron are all available in the unit already so ideally all you would need is your own bed. This is the first time moving out of home and iam really excited lol. Iv got my own queen size bed, a tv and stand and a small toy boy. That's why i would prefer to start up my own sharehouse or move in to a vacant room because iv got no place to put my stuff. Iam pretty chilled, layed back and easy going and i got a good sense of humor. I don't mind a good chat or a giggle ether ehehe. I also love my music so you can turn it up anytime you like but when it's quiet time it goes down lol. if you do have issues with each other it's better to talk them out and resolve it before it becomes a huge problem. On the weekends i don't mind a drink or 2 or even stepping outta the house. Iam up for anything really even just watching TV or movies and having a laugh. During the week for me is work and gym. So nothing exciting really. Iam independent and Iam very clean. So that means i don't like a dirty house. I would prefer if everyone pitches in to do there part to keep the house clean. If you make a mess ether in the bathroom or the kitchen it's not hard just clean it. I like to do a little cooking but just the basics like rice, pasta, chicken and a good breakfast like eggs and protein pancakes. I always buy my own food coz i do eat alot. if you can cook and chip in the kitchen that would be a bonus. Plus your more than welcome to pitch in for the groceries. Plus when the bills come i prefer to pay them straight away just because i don't like bills piling up. Iam into bodybuilding so usually after work ill come home have a bite to eat then iam of to the gym. So if your into your fitness and you wanna train your more than welcome to join me for a workout. I do like to food bing on the weekends or on the odd occasion during the week if i can't be bothered cooking. I also need to add that i love chocolate and have a sweet tooth so there will be a bit of chocolate in the pantry ahaha. In regards if your a smoker. Iam a dog lover myself and be more than happy to walk it and play with it.
