Hi! This is a 3-bedroom and fully-furnished apartment in well maintained, quiet complex in Third Avenue, Mount Lawley. The apartment is just 220 meters by foot from the closest bus stop where buses 67, 68, and 950 pass by to the city and from Mirabooka Bus Station and Morley Bus Station. The CBD is just approximately 10 minutes away by car too. The apartment is close to ECU Mount Lawley and bus 950 takes you to UWA and SCGH which comes in 10-minute intervals. It is also close to cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops along Beaufort Street.
Hey guys I'm looking for someone who wants to get a place with me I'm clean tidy can cook love my fitness I'm studying Childcare i adore kids and I'm also a nerd Xbox is life haha so yeah message me if your interested I already have few houses in mind xx
Hi I'm Gina, I'm an English 23 year old and I'm coming back to Sydney on my 2nd year working holiday visa. I'm hoping to be able to find sponsorship in Sydney so I would prefer a place to live long term. I enjoy keeping fit, I love cooking and I'm quite an adventurous person.
I'm an extremely friendly person and I'm really easy to get along with. I'm a very clean person, and I love living in a clean house. I do all my own chores as I hate to have a messy area, I also own two cats which can possibly be negotiated but they're extremely clean and well trained. Both cats are desexed and friendly. I'm currently looking for full time work so I'm not planning on being unemployed for much longer. Until I find a job I am receiving centrelink payments each fortnight so I'm able to support myself and pay my way easily.
I'm 29 and work as a teacher. I'm clean, organised and respectful of my room mates and also am a great cook which can be beneficial to the other flat mates! I love my evening walks and love to explore Perth during the weekends. I would prefer a furnished bedroom.
$330per week, $1,200 Security Deposit ROOM available on the 16th February 6 months minimum stay, rent is paid four (4) weeks in advance. The room is for one (1) person only. No couples. Large sized room facing west, with city views, including World Tower, and courtyard below. Fully furnished (as in the photos). Location is a convenient five (5) minutes walk to Central Railway Station, and an easy walk into the city is less than 20 minutes . A fantastic locality for a person working in the city centre, or studying in or around Surry Hills or the eastern suburbs of Sydney. Surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars and theatre, and in walking distance of everything this great city has to offer, you won’t need a car. Also a 10 minute convenient walk to Chinatown . MUST BE FULLY employed with a fulltime job!!!! No party animals (It’s a quiet household), and you must be easy going, clean and tidy, and clean up after yourself. There are Household Rules . If you like a quiet place to live, convenient to everything Sydney has to offer, and you think you would fit into our friendly household, give Miss Raylin a call.
The apartment is about two years old, but is kept so well its like its new. Located just off Sydney road so littles shops, Coles, IGA, Woolworths, cafes, bars, restaurants and post office are all very close. There is a rooftop area that has a good view, bbq area and a tv too. Theres great air conditioning, internet is fast and theres more than enough data to share, we never run out hehe yay. The bathroom is shared. Your bedroom, you'll have a huge wardrobe which you'll see in the picture, the room is unfurnished so you're free to make it your own. The window is small and allows a gentle amount of light in. It wont be suitable for people who want a lot of natural sunlight in their bedroom. Ultimately i'm looking for someone who's responsible, stable and has an eye for detail when it comes to tidiness and cleanliness. I would struggle to live with someone who wasn't naturally tidy, cleaned up after themselves and noticed the smaller details of being clean and actually cleaned. I take care of my belongings and i hope to find someone who's similar in that way. The apartment is not suited for parties etc, though having friends over is more than welcome
Hi there, I'm Phil. 33 yo professional. I like to keep the unit clean and tidy. I'm a quiet person but I'll open up after a bit. Wouldn't mind sharing a meal from time to time. I spend most of my free time with my partner Nick, and also I enjoy watching too much TV, movies, having a few drinks and checking out new cafes and restaurants. THE FORMALITIES 2-4 weeks Bond (depending on length of stay) and 2 weeks rent in advance is required before move-in date then every 2 weeks from the date you move in. You will also sign an agreement with me, basically saying how much bond and rent is etc. This is to ensure transparency.

Hi! I am a Registered Nurse, and will be working at the new hospital at Birtinya, so I am very keen to find a place nearby (within 15 -20 minutes by bicycle). I also work as a casual marker for CQUniversity, and I am looking at starting some postgraduate study in July 2017 (as well as working full time!). I am very quiet, clean, easygoing, and respectful, enjoy meeting new people, and love animals of all types. I would ideally like an unfurnished room, as I have my own furniture. In my spare time I like to just chill at home, hang out with friends, go hiking, and occasionally travel. Looking forward to meeting you!
I'm an assistant store manager who is more tea than human at this point. I love Korean dramas, live music and dumplings. I'm a social person and hope to make a friend out of this, whilst still being respectful of each other's space and downtime! I've mostly always lived out in the eastern suburbs but need to look for a place closer to the CBD for work.
This is an easy going share-house, which is also clean and tidy. Rooms are newly painted and have new carpet. The kitchen was renovated not long ago, and the common area is spacious. The house has ceiling fans throughout. There is off-street parking, and a large backyard. There is plenty of room for storage under the house too. It's a short drive to Westfield Chermside, and Lutwyche Shopping Centre is even closer. It is a short walk to the Kedron Busway, but there are also buses that stop on roads closer to the house. The Kedron Brook Bikeway is just at the end of the street, which also has walking paths. It's a short drive/bus ride to Prince Charles Hospital also.
Friendly and polite girl. Very clean and tidy. Non smoker and does not have children or pets. I am looking for a private bedroom in an existing shared house (preferably with own bathroom) in any suburb near Adelaide University. I would like to live in a quiet house in order to be able to study and sleep. I will be studying (full-time) and working (par-time) at the same time. So I would be out of the house most of the time.
I am needing to move out within the next fortnight from my current home in Brentwood, no furniture to come with me preferably but can supply bed. 24yro uni student, do not drive so needs to be accessible, and am very independent, no kids or animals or car, i just need a place to call home for the year. I will need a legally binding lease as this is the second time i've been screwed by not having one firmly in place, and would not like to sink more money into a temporary home. i work part time, can pay all my bills and rent on time every fortnight, make no noise, keep to myself but can be social and chat with everyone if you're around. I love the gym and weight lifting, i go daily and love it! i need somewhere close to murdoch university, or a train station that would link to the city.
Master bedroom available with ensuite bathroom including spa bath and walk through wardrobe. 10 mins to monash uni, right next to 703 and 737 bus route on Blackburn Road. 2 min walk to syndal station. House currently has a pool, but it will be filled in a couple of months. No pets. Need someone asap to fill the room :)
I'm a neat, reliable and great to live with. I work full time at ABC radio in Melbourne, love my work but also enjoying socialising and having fun. I'm mature, considerate and will respect your space.
Fun, tidy and easy-going, I'm a bit of a goofball, I love music and books and art. I've been in many share houses over the years and I will always do my part when it comes to keeping the place clean and respecting the space of others. I enjoy/need my quiet time and may have quiet days, but also love to sit around with a beer or glass of wine and have a chat. I have a pet cat who is very good with other animals and warms up to new people quite easily, I promise you'd love him. I'm from a small country town in Central West NSW but have lived in Canberra for almost a year now, studying and working. Won't be studying this year but will be working. Would love to find a pre-existing place that accepts pets or team up with some people to form a new share house. Ideally would like to team up with 2 guys similar in age who are cat friendly and looking to live in the inner North or South of the city. I have a lot of furniture that I can bring along. In my down time, I usually spend time in the garden, going for walks, or reading and I love hitting up Canberra's jazz bars and live music scene for a drink and/or a dance. I will wait up and watch GoT/Stranger Things with you each week, share my chocolate (sometimes) and show you silly youtube videos.
