Hi there everyone, I’m Sam. I’m currently finishing off my Bachelor of Secondary Education with maths and science majors. I work 4 nights a week as well so I’m hardly ever home! I am moving out with some girlfriends in early July, so I need somewhere to call home for ~3 months. I have lived alone and with other roommates, so I know how to keep a house clean and how to respect my fellow roomies. Let me know if you’d like to know anything else! Sam
I'm moving to Melbourne from the UK on April 22nd for a couple of years of exploring and experiencing live in Australia. I have a full time job as an auditor. I enjoy exploring, finding new places to eat, a good Netflix session and a glass (or bottle) of wine at the weekend and I'm looking forward to trying out some new things (surfing and paddle-board yoga being on the list!). I'm looking for a chilled flatmate who is also up for a laugh and the odd glass of wine in an evening.

This is a quiet and peaceful home with quality furnishings and ambiance. The owner is nice too! Netflix, new TV, WiFi, en-suite, warm and comfortable home. Car required.
4 bed 1 bath 1 carport (which is already taken with my work car) but plenty of space to park off the street Large living spaces Air con Big fully fenced back yard and large undercover patio Literally 2.5/3 mins walk to the shopping centre, bus and pubs so it’s no problem if you don’t have a car. Everything is right here and the bus takes you down to the train and runs regularly. If you need the room furnished it will obviously change the price a little bit but tell me what you need and we’ll sort it out. NBN All utilities included in rent unless there is excessive use or the bill spikes in which time we will split the difference at the very least. There are 3 rooms you can take your pick from and I don’t intend on getting anyone else in so it should be fairly comfortable. Can’t wait to meet you!!
