I am currently studying science at monash uni and working part time. In my spare time I love baking (huge sweet tooth) , wine n cheese and watching far too much tv.
Hey guys, I've been living out of home for the last few months with my mate and his fiancé but i'm looking to find a more permanent place. I don't take myself too seriously and I like playing sport and spending time with friends. I'm friendly, respectful and tidy and would love to find a share-house with similar people :)
Outgoing, Friendly, Easy to get along with and enjoys a good swim occasionally. Taking up post graduate studies in RMIT and does retail and hospitality on the side. Enjoys going through a good book and is ecstatic about chill sessions. Originally from the Philippines, found it a habit to enjoy the beach and the warm tropical sun ;) A neutral clean freak, but doesn't exaggerate. Loves art, music and photography.
Hey Cool Kids, I'm looking for a new house mate to enjoy a new crib with. My last house mate and I were very close and lived together for over 3 years in 3 different houses (we met on flatmates.com) but sadly she has to return back to the UK. I work in hospitality as the General Manager of the new epic hot spot in Prahran where you and your friends will receive VIP service whenever you visit. I will be at work for 50+ hours a week. As General Manager I don't really do late nights the latest I work to is 9pm I love to have "wine time" and a debrief at the end of the day but also sometimes I just want to fall in a heap on my bed and understand that you might be the same. I love to get out of the house and am very much looking forward to taking advantage of everything the southside has to offer. I used to live in this area about 5 years a go and I can honestly say it was the most fun I've every had and the most enjoyable area to live in hence why I want to move back Very respectful of others privacy and personal belongings, however I am happy for you to use any of my stuff, kitchen gadgets, DVDS, ironing board and iron, pots and pans I'm not precious about that sort of thing. I have an amazing dog, who LOVES everybody but is also very well trained and will listen to any command. He gets lots of walks so he spends most of the day lying in his chair. But he is a great guard dog and looks far more intimidating than he is, so he is great if you want to walk to the shops late at night or go for an evening run, no-one will come near you, haha. I look forward to hearing from you! - James
Hey! My name is Laura and I am a 19-year-old originally from Tasmania who is studying full time at Monash University. I am extremely social and bubbly with a generally positive personality. In my spare time I read, go shopping, catch up with friends for lunch and am always up for a fun night out. I am a huge lover of horror movies and music from the 1990s and beforehand, so you may hear anything from Elvis Presley to Nirvana coming from my room. I'm very respectful of other peoples' space and always clean up after myself. I have experience with living in a share house and understand the importance of living in a nice and tidy environment. I am someone who loves to go out with friends and maybe share a drink or two, but am not one to make a lot of noise and stay out super late. I also make a mean cheese toastie. Feel free to contact me if you're interested!
We are two friends looking to move into a house in either Elwood or St Kilda. We're open to either one person for a three bedroom, or joining with another pair for a four bedroom. A bit about us: Laura: I am a full time Media and Communications Consultant, working in Melbourne's CBD. I'm from country NSW and I'm a fairly laid back girl who provides an endless supply of terrible banter and chill. I love my work, my sport, reading books and riding my horses so I am often quite busy. However, I am so down for a night of shenanigans here and there! I love communal TV watching and wine drinking. I am a die hard animal enthusiast so if you have pets I will volunteer as pet sitting tribute. My ideal house dynamic is one where we can all be friends and do things like enjoy TV/movies together or occasionally go and explore Melbourne's bars. Hannah: I'm currently working in Communications with the Victorian government and will hopefully continue with similar work next year. When I'm not binge watching RuPaul's Drag Race, you can find me cooking experimental vegan meals, napping on the beach and/or rapping the rap parts of Beyonce's songs. I'm also a keen Irish dancer (yep, actually), currently learning Spanish and I care about animal rights and defending our oceans. Dance, work and Spanish keep me pretty occupied but an ideal housemate would be keen for the occasional wine/movie night in or sharing a meal here or there. Bonus points if you hate coriander!
Hey! I'm Louise, I am 26 years young! I'm a fun and friendly melbournian primary school teacher. I live for brunch, I would not call myself energetic but I love going on adventures and enjoying what Melbourne has to offer. I enjoy going out on the weekends and I also enjoy staying in with netflix and some trashy reality TV, a drink or two and some good company. I have lived in flat shares before in London, and understand the importance of looking after communal areas, but I am in no way a neat freak. I am looking for a home where I can hopefully find some new friends, not just a room.
I'm 22 and I'm a kiwi, I enjoy socializing and meeting new people! I like to be outside but I also love to binge watch programmes and watch movies! I am vegetarian but totally okay with meateaters ;) I'm looking for somewhere more permanent to settle into, I work full-time in the CBD so preferably somewhere with good PTV accessibility.
Moving back to Melbourne after 2 years in Sydney to take up a new full time role in the medical education field. I am a social person and love to head out for a beer at the local pub, or for lunch/dinner anywhere new. Love meeting new people, can be quiet at first but warm up to people pretty fast. Looking for housemates that like to chat while cooking meals, perhaps hit up a pub trivia session once in a while or have an afternoon of beer drinking on the weekend. I'm not new to Melbourne have lived there many times and in a variety of suburbs. Have lived in many share houses throughout my life in my home town; Warrnambool, Melbourne, London and Sydney. I know how to treat a house and my flatmates with respect and hope to find others who are the same. I have a 2 gorgeous 12 month old black cats named shadow and lunar they are both pretty smoochy and are toilet trained. Whom I would like to bring with me. I'd be happy to meet a few peeps and create a new share house together. I have a whole house of furniture and would be happy share whatever is needed in a share house situation otherwise I can store the items elsewhere.
Im currently looking for a room around Saint Kilda, Elwood or anywhere near there for myself and my partner Jack A bit about us: I am a research assistant at Griffith University. I am an active person and love swimming, gym and being outdoors whenever I can. I have lived in many different share houses and I am a super respectful and tidy roommate. Same goes for Jack. He works in software and runs his own company that takes him all over, so there are weeks at a time that he may be away. He is active as well and when he is home he likes to be out of the house as much as possible. We are looking for a relaxed, professional household. I would love something that is close to the beach. We are looking for a place short term as we are wanted to get our own place after about a month.
Hi there! I’m 24yr old from Yorkshire, UK! Previously lived in Melbourne in St Kilda, August for 6 weeks before I headed off to complete my 3 months farmwork! Comfortable and familiar with having multiple flat mates! Quite sociable, easy going and friendly :) I do like things tidy so happy to help out around the house. Bonus if you have a pet! Look forward to hearing from you, Katie :)
Hi there! I'm Alisa, me and my dog Neo are looking for a new place to call home with one or two kind and considerate people :) About Alisa: I am a 21 year old gal, born and raised in and around Melbourne. I currently work full-time early childhood education (in Brighton) and will continue my studies in 2018, I really love my job and am passionate about children's development. I would say I am considerate and easy going. I spend most of my time throwing myself whole heartedly into new hobbies/interests (right now it's learning German) and soon after losing interest ha. I love being outside and my main mode of transport is my bike. As most people, I spend my free time catching up with friends :) About Neo: Neo is a 6ish yr old Bull Terrier x Greyhound rescue dog. I have had him for 5 years and he has changed a lot, he used to be terrified of any stranger, but now he is pretty comfortable around new people. He is very affectionate and will snuggle right into your lap on the couch. As like most greyhounds, he spends approx 90% of his time sleeping, only getting up to move from one sunny patch to another. He is totally house trained and has lived in an apartment for about the past 2 years without any complaints/issues (can get a reference). He is also very quiet, the only thing that gets him going is thunder :( What we are looking for: First and foremost we are looking for people who love and understand dogs, not just someone who will tolerate being around a dog. Obviously we want someone who will pay rent/bills on time and is clean & tidy. Other than that we want to live with someone who is sociable and happy to share a drink/watch a movie together etc. and ideally someone who is looking to stay somewhere for 1-2 yrs, but hey you never know where life will take you. Not looking for a party house but have no objection to the odd gathering as long as I have warning to make other arrangements for Neo :) I am very flexible on moving dates as am currently renting with my dad & step-mum so am free to leave at any time. I have my eye on a few properties with upcoming inspections so would love to get chatting with people :)
Hi all! Few tidbits about me: - Very well house-trained ;) - Aussie - grew up in Adelaide but been in Melbourne for 14 years - Work full-time hours as a Naturopath and PT - am often out the door early, potentially home in the day, and then home quite late - Enjoy spending time with my housemates, but also respectful of needing some down time too - In my spare time am mostly out and about with friends. I like to go out but not a party animal by any stretch of the imagination haha - Into living a fit and healthy lifestyle - would ideally like to live with like-minded people :) - I'm on a waitlist to get a miniature daschund so looking for people open to living with me and my doggo. The idea is he'll be coming to work with me as often as possible, so don't worry about him bugging you if I'm not around.

I'm pretty laid back. Neat and tidy, too. I like home to be a relaxed and easy place to be, so I'm looking for someone who shares that view. Hey everyone! I'm a Melbourne born 27 year old working full time in the city and am currently looking to find a new place to call home for the next 6 - 12 months. I'm a very social and relaxed person and am looking to move in with people who don't mind having a chat and watching a movie or two, but are respectful that we all need our own downtime every now and then. I enjoy heading out most weekends on little adventures, catching live music when I can and the occasional card and board game. I also come equipped with free optional extras like a couch and washing machine if you need it!
Last year I decided to quit my job in Switzerland to build up a living in Australia (most of my family lives here in Melbourne). I'm an easy going bloke - clean and tidy - who likes to have a good time. To get my business on track it is very important for me to meet a lot of people in the city, which means that I'll be on the go a lot. Probably I'll spend around 2-3 days in the country side of north Melbourne because I have friends/family and the opportunity to use an office there. Besides that I have a veriety of interests, I like to play soccer or do sports but also enjoy watching a tennis or afl game, I have travelled a lot and like languages and I also just like to go for a drink/dinner to have a good night. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I'm fairly laid back and relaxed, but I'm not a party animal. I have Chinese background but I speak English natively. Hoping to find a long-term place with my own bedroom and bathroom, furnished. I have no pets and don't smoke.
