im looking for someone to rent my fully self contained downstairs 1 bedroom apartment while im away from 1st july untill 13th of august.
it is newly renovated with a modern kitchen, unlimited fast Wifi, living room and outdoor seating area with lots of plants and a huge yard. its abit industrial looking from the outside and the bathroom is retro (no photo as yet as i have alot of storage stuff in there atm), comes with king size koala mattress only 1 month old, oled tv, pots,pans everything you need for a comfortable stay.
upstairs there are housemates but it is a very quite downstairs as they have all their own amenities upstairs.
a kelpie and a husky live here also they are pretty old docile and happy doggos
Close to Rapid Creek markets, Nightcliff beach, jingili water gardens. 10min to city
Looking for a responisble, house-trained and clean single or couple to take it short term for the best month in darwin!
