We offer great short-term accommodation rates which includes all utilities from $75 per night on a minimum one week stay. Rates;

Week to week stay @ $75 per night.

4 weeks stay @ $65 per night.

8 weeks stay $55 per night.

Longer term options available, please make an enquiry with your check-in & check-out dates.

** All options require the full payment at check-in for the duration of your stay. There is a $200 deposit to secure a booking.

The studio apartment has lovely views of the resort complex including lagoon style swimming pool. It has a comfortable queen size bed, double sofa, 32 inch LED television, separate ensuite bathroom, private balcony, kitchenette, microwave, reverse cycle air conditioning, double wardrobe, dining table & chairs. There is free on-site parking and laundry facilities available. All that you'll need for that perfect lock up and leave pad.

Resort facilities include a lagoon style swimming pool, restaurant and bar on-site, tennis court, mini golf, holiday lifestyle and more..

The location is first class being within short walking distance to all that the ever growing City of Mandurah has to offer including cafe's, restaurants, cinemas, pubs, foreshore, beaches, estuary just to name a few.
