The flat is situated in Marrickville, just an 8 minute walk to the cafes and awesome vietnamese restaurants/bars and supermarkets on Illawarra Road. The street is quiet and secluded, perfect for relaxing. only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Cooks river walking track and golf course.
The flat can be mostly all furnished if you need, and you can borrow all the artwork!
