Tidy and mature aged professional engineer in search of a low maintenance place to stay while working in ACT away from my family back in Sydney. Ideally, I am looking for a furnished place which is close to all the basic amenities, within a stone’s throw away from the CBD.
I am an easy going and sociable individual who doesn’t mind an occasional chat after work but generally prefers to do my own thing.
Outside of work, I love to stay fit and
active and enjoy getting outdoors to get some fresh air. I would be traveling back to Sydney on most weekends to be back with the family.
I don’t party, drink or smoke and like to get to bed early so I can get to the gym before work. Therefore, I would like to be in a house where the other occupant does not smoke, drink or party who also prefers to get to bed early.
I like to have the place kept neat and tidy for everybody’s enjoyment.
