The room available is the biggest room in a cute old house. Is a spacious room that comes with cupboards (not built in) and a fan that works well in the summer. It has large windows that get the morning light and is a really nice place to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. The house is old with a lot of character and charm that we fell in love with. It has beautiful wood floors throughout and a large backyard where Izzy has planted a vege patch. It is walking distance from High street, Highton shopping centre and buses. Its a quiet neighbourhood and is easy to get to know the people around you. Rent $120/week, bills not included and shared between housemates.
