I am very social & easy going. I like to place value on people & I live by my Christian values. Big on excellence & keeping spaces clean and tidy. Love & kindness is a priority. I believe everyone should respect each other’s opinion & property. I play guitar, super into gym and American football. I compose songs in my spare time after work. I like animals.
100% grass fed Italian beef. Love cooking (especially Italian and vegetarian dishes), red wine and good music. Like waking up early for a swim in the ocean. Also into gigs whenever you can actually get tickets before they sold out (happens all the time...). Sales agent by day, waterpolo player by night (Watsons Bay team). Often on the road and regularly interstate on business trips. Been living in Sydney for the past 5 years and looking for a private room not to far from the beach. 6 months to 1 year stay. I don't have instagram but I can cook a mean risotto. Cheers
Flatmate wanted for a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely ornate ceilings, polished floorboards, dining room. There's even a toilet! Great location. Extremely quiet. Located at the Kurraba Point end, yet still only a 15 minute walk to Milsons Point station. Bus and ferry at your doorstep. The apartment is furnished however your room is not. So at the very least you will need to bring a bed. The room suits a double or queen size with enough space for a tallboy, sidetable, desk etc. There's a large mirrored built-in as well (see photos). Non smoker. No pets. Power and gas bill shared. Internet access available (optional). No other costs except for those general household items we'll both require (I could have just said toilet paper). Rent is paid monthly. Please send a text or email to arrange an inspection. The room is available now. Thanks for looking.

Two large bedrooms, single occupancy only, with a newly installed kitchen and bathroom. There is the benefit of a communal living area with tv, high speed internet is also available. Move in date 1st September. The house is located opposite Stanmore station - a two minute walk to the platform. Stanmore is ideally located 4 stops from Central and the train also goes out to Parramatta. We have the 412 bus that departs from the station taking you directly to USYD, UTS and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. You can walk to Parramatta road for plenty of other bus options. This is the perfect spot for students, nurses, young professionals and anyone that is new to Sydney looking to be located close to the city and the vibrant areas of Newtown, Glebe, Leichhardt, Marrickville, Petersham and Annandale. There are plenty of great food options nearby, we even have five local cafes within 200m serving great coffee and brunch. If you're into yoga there is Yoga-to-go up the road and plenty of options in Newtown, we even have a pole dance studio walking distance from the house! Please be aware, Stanmore is on the flight path and this house is opposite the train station. It is not the quietest suburb of Sydney however the convenience makes up for that.
We're looking for 2 private bedrooms or a shared double bedroom for rent for 2-3 months in Perth. We're both friendly and fun, and are very excited to come over to Australia. We will be working full/part time dependent on our job offers and are keen to socialise and explore outside of work hours.
I do free-lance seamstress work part-time, also studying full-time at Monash. Currently doing a science/global studies degree, with an emphasis on cultural competency, Italian, genetics, psychology and zoology. Quite outgoing and sociable but I do appreciate a reasonably quiet home-space.
