I am looking for a Granny Flat to rent within the next month I am a 61-year-old woman who leads a quiet life.
I am particularly interested in a clean self-contained flat (preferably unfurnished) and where I can easily arrange for Foxtel and internet connection.

I am happy to submit an application that tells you more about myself including my rental and employment history. I have excelent referrances.

I have been employed full-time in a government job for 14 years. At present, I live in a self-contained flat under a house for the last 5 years. Prior to that, I was living in another Granny flat under the house for 10 years.

However, due to the impending sale of this house, I am required to vacate the premises.
