Preferred stay length
I'm a full time student and work weekends.
I love to cook (so theres always yummy leftovers because portion control is for suckers)
not a big party person but enjoy a good night out once in a while, gotta flex those social muscles or you'll go mad. (i'll also probably spend a few weekends back here on the central coast)
red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant.
disney isn't just for kids.
quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's.
(although some sort of happy interaction is pleasant and i'll be new to the area so friendly locals are always a nice find)
i have a cat. gypsy, ginger, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very shy). so won't be all up in your business. it took my current housemate just over a year for her to allow him to pet her so i mean, challenge accepted if you wish.
there's also jasper, another ginger, he's a rescue cat currently looking for a home so is only a temporary resident. he's a super friendly (almost 2 yr old) and loves cuddles like no other cat i've ever seen. (so if you know anyone looking for a smoochy redhead hit me up) both are super clean and house trained and are inside/ outside cats come and go during the day but definitely in at night)
not a clean freak but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
quite happy for guests/partners to stay, but if they're there 24x7 and not just a day or two a week, then homeslice gotta chip in a lil', you don't want no scrub.
would prefer a whole house rather than a unit/flat (mainly bc cat), with a smaller group, no more than say 3 housemates all up.
chloe is also interested in Teaming-Up and starting a new share house.
