About us

we are looking for a 1 bedroom or studio unit which has Harbour and or Opera House views during the following period of between 90 - 120 days, subject to availability and depending on length of stay, we would be prepared to pay extra for something special, as we have separately undertaken housesits for Real Estate Agents Sandy Ludman and Len Resnekov who you will know doubt know in their Kirribilli homes, so we have impeccable Swiss quality credentials.

Responding to our planned arrival/departure dates, I have set out some options below, although the key priorities are,

1. Must have Harbour Views (not Glimpses).
2. Needs to have A/C,
3. One Bedroom or Studio accommodation?
4. No Car Parking Required.
5. Must have WiFi or Internet Connection
6. Unit Located on Lower North Shore or alternative with Harbour Views, either in Kirribilli, McMahons Point, Lavender Bay or Cremorne or similar.

Price Point is $400 - $800 per week, but would pay extra for the correct location and reduce our length of our stay, but our objective is to negotiate an acceptable increased duration stay at an acceptable rate and potentially repeat this year on year having been in Sydney 12 of the last 15 years. The following Options are not in a Prioritised Preference, so are subject to availability, location and price, so hope this helps.

Option 1: Before Christmas (When Overseas Tenants tend to Leave Sydney to go back to their Home Countries) Sydney Arrival Date from between 1st - 10th December to 31st January 2017 or subject to location, availability and price until 28th February or 21st March 2017
Option 2: After Christmas Sydney Arrival Date from between 27th - 28th December or subject to location and price until 28th February or 21st March 2017
Option 3: After New Year Sydney Arrival Date from between 2nd - 6th January 2017 subject to location and price until 28th February or 21st March 2017.
