Im Leo, 34 years old full time professional business owner, looking for a cozy place that is not a party place but we can catch up and have a drink every now and then.
Normally I'm not at home as I work quiet a lot and weekends too but when I do love to interact especially in the kitchen or a BBQ.

For the last 6 years, I have successfully run my own painting and decoration company. I am a hard worker, who is always clean and organised and have well kept finances. I have never had any problems in any rental I lived in and have always gotten along well with my landlords and real estates agents. I enjoy landscaping and gardening and have always maintained and improved the yard areas of the rentals I have previously lived in. I hope you consider my application, I am a valuable tenant.
