I work full-time as an engineer/project manager, currently WFH for the most part.
I am easygoing, clean and respectful. I am usually taking it easy during weeknights - typically gymming or cooking - and over the weekends I will be out and about catching up with friends, over meals and nice walks out in the sun.
I am always up for an occasional bevvie with the housemate but at the same time completely respect each other's space. I am looking to live with only one other flatmate.
