Full-Time Civil Construction worker so im up early weekdays, work as a crossfit coach a couple nights per week so I train most days and eat relatively healthy. I used to be in the military so I am clean and tidy and know how to look after myself.
I enjoy being social but I love an early bed time haha. I love travelling so I enjoy being active and getting out on my weekends/days off, usually taking my campervan for a weekend away.
I have a podcast and host a book club both about self development. Have heaps of plants to bring with me.
