Preferred stay length
To start off - thanks for reading this! I appreciate you taking your time to click. Even if you stop reading now, I hope you have a fantastic day.
Now, down to business. It's pretty important to know that I'm a gay trans guy. If you're not LGBT-friendly I won't really feel safe staying with you - you don't need to be well-educated on the subject or anything, but basic respect is always great, especially since home is a place we should all feel comfortable. I'm pretty intoverted and while I enjoy the nice kitchen chat every now and then, I'm generally pretty happy to stay in my room most of the time since socialising is fairly exhausting.
You might even forget I'm home. .. oops.
A lot of the time I'm chatting to my long-distance boyfriend in NSW over video call, so decent internet speeds are a must - NBN preferred, but I'll take what I can get :)
I'm very respectful of others' privacy as well as shared space, and expect the same, of course.
While occasionally if my mental health's been on a low my room might get a bit.. er, chaotic, I always strive to leave common areas like the kitchen and bathroom looking untouched when I leave them, since leaving messes for others isn't cool.
I'm not too picky on location, but am specifically focusing on good public transport to the CBD and/or local shops as I don't drive. I'm more familiar with the Northern Suburbs/Modbury Area, but open to new experiences.
