Preferred stay length
Hi! I'm Grigoris, or Gregory. I'm finally coming to Sydney for a year as an exchange student at UNSW studying psychology.
I'm a slightly goofy, chilled out guy and spend most of my time listening to music, walking around, studying, watching movies, and trying out new activities. Being an introvert slowly turning into an extrovert, I'm quite social but also need me-time to recharge my batteries. I'm the kind of person who likes to keep busy and I therefore might not spend much of my day in the flat. I intend to find a part-time job on top of my full-time studies and along with spending time in the library and extracurriculars you know how it is. But I'm hoping to find flatmates who will be keen on spending more time together than the regular 'how are you?' when bumping into each other in the kitchen. I'm very clean and tidy, respectful of communal places and other people. And although I like partying and going out, I'm very understanding that's not everyone's cup of tea.
I'm looking for a room in a shared flat/house with cool, like-minded people around my age. I'm hoping for a friendly environment in order to get along well and hang out. In other words, I'm ideally looking for more than a house to sleep and eat. The room would have to be fully furnished, as it makes no sense for me to buy furniture coming in for only a few months.
I'm coming to Sydney in the 12th of July and would like to move in before the 18th of July. Ideally, I am looking for a flat near UNSW or in a interesting and busy area that's not to far from campus. In terms of renting period, I would like to have a flat for at least 4 months (until Christmas) and the lease no longer than 6 months, so we can see how it goes.
Drop me a message if you're interested or have any questions! :)
