Hi I am a mature senior male, and I live mainly in the Philippines but need to come back to Melbourne for business and family catchups etc reasons, staying approximately 3-6 months.

I'm a non-smoker and social drinker would like a furnished bedroom with separate toilet from the bathroom if possible
I don't have a car, so my preferred location is close to public transport.

I follow the Buddhist path, but I am not completely vegetarian, but I am told I am a compassionate person and easy to get along with. I can cook and I do not mind cleaning washing up etc as needed. Into AFL and Golf when I can get out.
Looking forward to meeting you and becoming a great part of your community. I would also be needing a simple letter to get Rent assistance from Centrelink all good for paying you on time every time!
