Hi, I am a retired professional engineer, aged 74, in good health, vegetarian, non-smoker, non-drinker, no drugs. A quiet and gentle guy who is friendly, considerate and aware, who loves peace and quiet. My main priorities are to have some space of my own in a house or flat shared with friendly flatmate(s), a non smoking household, and a quiet house most of the time, with no dogs (I am OK with cats though). I would prefer to share with a female, however I will consider all replies. I like to ride my bike on the coastal bike track regularly. My moving date is quite flexible and I am hoping for something for the long term.
