Hi, I currently live in the CBD and want to stay in the area, Valley or New Farm so my move in date is flexible. I am easy -going, , swim 3/week and always pay my bills on time. Clean, tidy, fun, relaxed, and helpful to others. I work as a project mgr. I have a car and may need parking unless I can keep it elsewhere.
My home is important to me so I treat it as such. .I have traveled a lot and lived in other countries so am comfortable living with others, respectful of their space, but also a good friend over a glass of wine. . Oh and I make a mean pumpkin pie.
