Preferred stay length
Since I am looking to move in with like-minded people, I thought I should be very clear about what I am like as a flatmate.
I'll start with my week day routine.
It usually goes like this: exercise -> green smoothie -> cycle to work -> work -> chill out in my room reading a book / watching movie/tv show / interact with flatmates / watch movie/tv show with flatmates / hang out with friends / cook+eat -> sleep -> repeat.
I am quite health and environmentally conscious. I try to eat as healthy as possible, exercise regularly and rarely drink alcohol. I also really care about minimising my footprint, so I choose to commute by bike, try to avoid plastic as much as I can, etc. I am far from being a hippie though, I am fairly pragmatic and practical in my approach to all of this.
I am also fairly independent, considerate, driven, somehow of an introvert and quite playful and silly when I feel comfortable in a space / with people.
I am more interested in genuine, kind and simple people than anything else. Oh, and lovers of nature, body movement and travelling as well.
I am not interested in celebrities, gossips, spiritual materialism (crystals, etc), doctrines, etc.
The Place I am looking for:
With like-minded flatmates, clean, with good storage space, under 30 min ride to Central, close to public transport and super markets, and up to $280 weekly.
