My name is Francois and I relocated to Perth (from Sydney) through my existing employer. I'm a qualified mechanical engineer and work in Bibra Lake. My best friend from New Zealand will be joining me towards the end of September. We don't actually want to secure a property/lease for too long as the ultimate goal is to find a 4 bedroom/2batroom/double garage house that is pet friendly.

I am looking to rent an apartment/unit/townhouse with 2 bedrooms in the mentioned areas and I am open to nearby suburbs as well. Looking at renting on a month-to-month basis although I am negotiable.
