I am in the middle of looking for a room for my young brother (25 yrs). He will be having his first-time studying in Australia in TAFE Kwinana coming around the beginning of July this year.

I believe he will be looking for long-term accommodation and an easy-going flatmate living together in a long run. Respectful, courteous and humble are always the criteria we approach to make new friends. His hobby is playing badminton and lots of outdoor sports as well. Multicultural background and most towards the Asian ethnic.

-- Ideal housing requirement: Furnished, flatmates less than 2, WiFi is essential.
-- Moving date: Depends on the flight schedule. The estimated planning arrival date is the 4th of July.

Rental and utilities are negotiable.
Able to team up if possible. Homestay families are welcome.
