I have been living in Brisbane for almost three years and I’ll be relocating back to North Queensland early next year.

I am 33yo/female. I work full time in the city. I pay rent/bills on time and I am pretty clean (I come with my own Dyson, if that says anything about me). Im looking for a furnished room with a fan and aircon, and a pool would be an amazing bonus! I don’t smoke and I’m not a big drinker - I would usually prefer a cup of tea.

I’m open to most suburbs close to the city - close to a bus or train would be preferred.

My budget is $300-$350 max including all bills (electric/gas/internet/water). I am open to a discussion about bills and rent.

I can also provide my previous roommate as a reference if needed.

I am friendly and love a chat but also respect privacy and enjoy my own company. I enjoy going to the beach, sightseeing, reading, exploring Brisbane and meeting new people.
