Non-smoker, non-drinker, clean eating/living fitness junkie with no pets or psycho ex's! 😆 I'm VERY quiet, fastidious about cleanliness and hygiene when living with others, I'm considerate of others regarding your personal space and keeping noise to an absolute minimum (although I do love my music when cooking up a storm in the kitchen!😀) I'm helpful and reliable, I pull my weight but will NOT tolerate slackers or messy filthy slobs! I have a a wacky, sarcastic sense of humour once you get to know me. I'm exceptionally responsible and believe in being accountable and transparent. Ideally I'm looking for a place that's clean and quiet within minutes walk to the beach with resort style facilties. I have an ex-military/aviation/law enforcement background.
