I'm working in Newcastle as an engineer and moving to Hobart for a job opportunity. Looking to move in with a small household within the CBD, Sandy Bay, North Hobart, Kingston, Blackmans Bay area. I spend part of my year working in Antarctica so would either move out temporarily and return, or if possible keep my room and pay a base rent rate. I spend most of my time at work, outdoors or out and about shopping, at yoga or sightseeing, but when I'm home I'm happy to keep to myself or catch up with the household for dinner/drinks. Im an early morning person during the week and most weekends.

Ideally looking for a property with a balcony or outdoor area and off street parking, that is close to a gym and is close to shops/cafes/restaurants. Chat soon!
