Hello, I’m from the uk, been here 3 years. I'm looking to rent a private large bedroom with an en suite or own bathroom.
Or a 1 bedroom apartment.
I’m interested in modern style decor, a bright, spacious room with windows and high ceilings.
My budget is around $300-500 pw for a room.
I’m a student.
I work in hospitality. Usually work afternoons/nights. I also study business management
I enjoy the beach, outdoor activities, costal walks, tennis, sports, good food, books, wine, beer, and animals.
I’m easy going and like a clean and friendly environment. Honest and respectful of other’s personal belongings and space.
(A dog friendly place would be a huge bonus)
Looking for a housemate who doesn’t mind hanging out, having a chat from time to time, becoming friends, but also has their own thing going on and respectful of alone time.
