Hi my name is Craig and I’m looking for a place for around 6 months or more, hopefully with my own bathroom but that’s not a biggy. It can either be furnished or unfurnished. I am also willing to apply for vacant properties with someone if you like?

I am looking to spend up to $240 per week including bills but this is negotiable for the right place. I have a few boxes so extra storage would be a welcome plus.

The areas I’m mainly interested in are Southport, Surfers, Main Beach, Mermaid beach and Broadbeach.

I currently work Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm at Broadbeach so close/easy access to the tram line is essential as I do not drive and rely heavily on public transport to get around.

I am looking for an apartment or house but really do not want to live with more than 1 or 2 other people.

I am quiet, extremely clean & respectful. Although I do drink a little wine from time to time, I definitely do not ever take drugs or or party but I do like to watch TV and enjoy my time at home.

I do outside smoke occasionally but am doing my best to give it up. Hopefully soon!
