I'm looking to move closer to the city, something close to Edith Cowan University in Mt Lawley would be perfect! I'm studying part-time at the moment in film and video so I'm happy to stay with anyone who is happy to have a student with them.

I'm social and respectful of other peoples privacy and possessions. I'm also happy to help with anything as well so just ask when you need me. No car or license but I can still find my way around the city. I do play Xbox but I always keep quiet at night. I'm happy to stay with either guys or girls.

My current lease ends in early April so looking to move around the end of March. I also have my own furniture I'd like to bring with me, if you're flexible with furnishings that'd be great!

I try my best to always be polite and kind so feel free to talk to me if I've done something or something needs to change, I'm always happy to talk :)
