I'm a 24 year old male. Social drinker/smoker. All around easygoing. Tidy and respectful. I am looking for a place that feels like home, not just somewhere I am just renting a room. Preferably looking for long term stay, looking to move around early March. Budget is $150/week not including bills. I do require a constant internet connection. I will be studying full time from February. I have my own bed, desk etc, but am flexible on them if the room already has furniture in it. I am a fairly private person but usually down to hang out every now and again and have a drink or whatever.
