My name is Major (Yonas), I am a full time student at QUT studying business majoring in accounting and fiance. I am respectful and reserved. I like to take pride in my appearance and keep my living space clean. I am productive and business minded, constantly on the go with work. I am looking for an environment that is clean, furnished and practicable for my needs. Within saying that I am not the needy type and like simple living. I am looking for a 6 month lease as it is my first time out of home and i want to test the waters, after the 6 months i'd be happy to re visit the lease and consider staying longer or signing on for another 6 months to a year.
