I’ve just started my honours in biomedical science so I spend from 7-4pm at uni, with that and working out in the afternoons, I’m l mainly only home in the evenings. Weekends I spend doing as little as possible during the day, and having a few sneaky wines in the evenings.

I’m super chill, cannot cook to save my life, but I clean like a demon. Love to be social but I don’t have a ton of local friends myself, so there wouldn’t be too many visitors.

I have heaps of furniture if you need it, but happy to leave it in storage if the place is already kitted out. Pet and child friendly, would absolutely adore having a dog around.

I don’t have a car so I need to live close to public transport, but otherwise totally happy to live anywhere in Newcastle.

I would also be happy to do whole household cleaning in exchange for discounted rent.
