Clean, quiet and easy going professional. I’m currently studying for a career change in my last year of university. My working hours will be 8:30 - 5, Monday to Friday and I’m usually in bed by 11pm. I would like to find a quiet share house with one other person, where we both respect each other’s privacy. Though I am friendly and would love to share a meal/drink every so often. I don’t drive so I’d like to live somewhere close to public transport.
I have a 12 year old indoor cat. I trim her nails every few weeks to make sure she doesn’t damage any furniture.
My budget is $300 but may consider paying more for the perfect home.
