Gemma and Kim

My housemate Kim and I are currently submitting applications for a new rental and looking for someone to move in with us short term. We both are 25 and working full time. I am a full time PhD student / casual university tutor and Kim works full time in building and is studying creative writing. We are both super friendly and very chilled during the week and like to spend weekends with friends.
