Hi I'm Susanna I’m 37 years old and I work in healthcare. Soon to start postgrad studies. Ideally I’m looking to share with one other person. However. I would also consider a granny flat, studio apartment or student accommodation.

I don’t mind sharing with male or female, as long as they have similar values to me.

I am a quiet natured person who is friendly and respectful. I value time to myself but I also enjoy company from a housemate whether it be enjoying a meal together, watching a movie or a glass of wine from time to time.

I would prefer to have my own bathroom but don’t mind sharing, if it’s with one other person or if there is a separate toilet.

Would prefer off street parking. However, if the street is fairly quiet & safe I’m ok to park on street.

Ideally interested in suburbs south of the city but open to other suburbs.
