I have a unique situation. The house I’m currently in has been sold & I need to move out in 30 days. The current owner has another property I can move in to but that won’t be ready for at least a couple of months.
I may have someone I can stay with for those few months but I won’t know until probably next week so I possibly would like a granny flat or similar for a few months until the other place is ready for me to move in to.

I do have pets, 3 inside cats and a bird who are all very clean and I work full time for myself hairdressing and am very quiet and clean. I have real estate/agent references as well.
