Hey everyone,

I'm Brad from New Zealand and I've been living in Sydney for almost a year now. I work in finance full time in the aviation industry, based in Mascot, and currently working from home 2 days per week.

I'm looking to move into a home, rather than a house, in the Inner City or Eastern Suburbs. I'm friendly, easy going, respectful, tidy and looking to live with others who are like-minded. I respect personal space and I like my own, but I’m also looking to meet new people to socialise and hang out with, instead of just finding others to live with.

I'm a laid back kiwi who enjoys the outdoors and exploring new places, tennis, hiking, hanging out with mates, and checking out bars and restaurants.

Move in date is flexible, however preferably by mid/late June at latest. I also have a car so somewhere with convenient parking would be desirable.
