I'm currently a full-time Ph.D. student, but also have a steady income stream as I am on a scholarship (happy to verify/discuss further). I am relocating from Melbourne so would prefer somewhere furnished but can organise a bed if need be.

Due to my studies I won’t be at home mostly or will be just keeping it to me if am working from home. However i am always up for some walk around the town in search of restaurants, hidden pubs or just some chat at home.

I have lived in shared houses for more than 8 yrs so I know very well on how things work around in a shared house.
