After 5 years sharing houses here in Australia I would like to live by myself.
I'm a clean, considerate, discreet yet friendly Italian guy in my mid 30's, I know how to take care of the place where I live.
I don't smoke, work permanent full-time and ideally looking for a granny flat or something along that line like a studio or 1-2 bedrooms flat/apartment/house.
