Hi, I moved to Brisbane recently and looking for a room/ apartment or share house/ flat with at least 6 months lease, move in date is asap. I'm a young professional working full-time and will need a parking spot (street parking is fine). I'm a tidy person and respect other spaces. Not a party animal but would be keen to hang out with house mates once a while. My budget is 200 - 300 per week, bills included preferred.
