I work as a teacher and just started a FT job in Ballina for the 2022 school year. I’m a considerate, respectful and responsible tenant. I always treat properties I've rented as if they’re my own. Would prefer something short term that could potentially lead to a 12 month lease depending on how we get on. Would prefer to live with only females.

For fun, I like to go out and explore new places and enjoy some time in the sun. I’ve recently started learning how to surf and that’s been great. I love trying to new recipes and can make you the best guacamole you’ve ever had. :D
