I am love drinking and brewing coffee. with 2 years of experience as a Barista, I never felt bored or gave up with a professional barista. I am willing to learn how to brew coffee in different methods and find a coffee profit that gives the best taste note result. I am planning to apply to a barista competition within 6-7 years as i am currently learning to be a professional barista.

How do I enjoy drinking coffee and being passionate about it?

While l lived in Thailand, I don't drink coffee at all, because I think coffee is all about bitterness and sweetness from condensed milk, but I arrive in Australia, I tried to open my mind to order one coffee menu is Latte, It turns out I am in love with it, it has soft Nutty and fruity favor, the milk is well smooth and warm to drink. I do more research about drinking coffee, it turns out they have a million different taste note and differernt brewing method. Which is drive me to become a barista.
