37 year old single man looking for someone who's interested in a long term rental to share a lease with. I currently work and live on the Sunshine Coast, however am looking at moving to Brisbane. I'm very interested in the Nudgee area as it's close to the city but also to major public transport.

I work from home 60% of the week so a 3 or 4 bedroom house or town house is the ideal solution I'm looking for. I have all the furniture and appliances from my previous rental, including a queen bed for a spare room. My dog Maximus is 9 years old and has lived with me in every rental since he was a puppy. I'm fairly shy and quiet, so I keep to myself but I form very close bonds with those I share a house with. I'm also a competitive Archer so I spend most of my spare time on the range.
