I need a room with bathroom for work purposes only. Away most of the time at work, at gym or other external activities, so generally come home only to sleep, rest and recharge.

I keep to myself and have a busy life, however I am very quiet and respectful and polite.

I keep out of your way and give you your privacy. Non-smoker, no pets, kids etc. Just me rarely home.

Requirements listed are ideal - I am flexible on what is on offer.
