Hey! I'm looking for a rental place to share with someone, I don't smoke or anything like that but totally don't mind if others do. I don't throw parties or anything, I do however play electric guitar which I am happy to turn down. I'm tidy and always try to keep my space clean. I love animals, my dogs will stay at my parents place but it'd be cool to get a bunny or something. I honestly just want a cozy place where I can have my own space :)
