I am Ukrainian, recently arrived to Melbourne. Also I have second nationality which is Greek. I don’t smoke nor drink, tidy, like to cook at home. I don’t think anyone will have problems with flatmate like me:))
Plus not planning on buying car soon, so need for car park.
