I'm Julia, a 33-year-old professional originally from Munich, Germany. After completing my Master's degree in Accounting in Brisbane, I've been enjoying Perth's coastal lifestyle while building my career in the construction industry as a Contract Administrator. I'm currently looking for a place to call home and am available to move in as soon as possible.

A little about me:
I'm tidy, considerate, and enjoy creating a warm and welcoming home environment. Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the gym, practising yoga, walking along the beach, relaxing in a sauna, attending my book club, exploring new hobbies, or planning my next road trip or travel adventure. I also enjoy volunteering, candlelight concerts, trying new cuisines, and experiencing different cultures.

I value a clean, respectful, and relaxed household where open communication, mutual consideration, and a positive atmosphere are appreciated.

What I'm looking for:
I'm seeking a comfortable and private living space, whether that's a room with an en-suite, a granny flat, studio, or one-bedroom apartment. My preferred areas include Subiaco, West Perth, Shenton Park, Crawley, Nedlands, Dalkeith, Claremont, Wembley, City Beach, Cottesloe, Mount Claremont, Applecross, Scarborough, Doubleview, Trigg, Leederville, Floret, and surrounding suburbs.
