Hey, I'm Claudia (31) from Peru and i have been in Perth since june 2022. I am very clean and tidy, and would like to find a peaceful and friendly place to live in. I am looking for a furnished room with own bathroom preferably and with an off street parking space, easy access to a train station and shoppings. I am working in construction in Yanchep and in retail in the city, so I would prefer northern suburbs as construction is my main job but not too far from the CBD when i have shifts on weekends until night. Currently living in Currambine until 20th September so I would love a place in the same suburb or near :)
