Hi, I'm 25 working as a Civil engineer for the state government. (Just transferred office from Cairns to Sunshine Coast)
Born and raised in Melbourne, I'm here by myself for work (I don't have pets or kids) and fly down to Melbourne approx every 3/4 weeks for the weekend to see my family.
I'm respectful if you want your own privacy or happy to hang on the weekends I'm here.
I don't smoke or do drugs, I occasionally can drink only if its something like your birthday etc (health reasons but special events I can fit in). I dont mind being in the presence of any of the three (if the house doesn't smell its fine).
Cool if you have pets, I have no allergies.
My usual weekday consists of work and gym.
May pick up some shifts on the weekend if i am bored as I previously was a doorman in university.
My budget is $350 and under which inclues bills.
$300 if sharing a bathroom.
Looking to stay probably 6 months atleast, my job is permanent but eventually I want to get my own place.
I have a car but I'm ok with street parking.
So if you have a fully furnished room I'm happy to meet after the 28th of May, i'm flexible so just reach out, cheers
